Hoisin Shrimp over rice.

I devein, peel my shrimp, let it sit in Himalayan sea salt, a little black pepper, lemon and lime juice in the fridge about an hour. Then I sear on preheated hot medium in EVOO, 1 minute or less per side. Remove from heat.

Sauce: hoisin, soy, rice wine vinegar, a little melted butter. Mix and fold into shrimp.

I serve it over jasmine rice, garnish with some green onion (scallions depending on your region) and it's phenomenal. Usually I mix fresh spinach into the rice.
 
Ill be more thorough with the post, cant edit. ingredients: orange, yellow and red bell peppers. onion. mushroom. yellow and green squash. corn. cheese. garlic. salt. and of course, spaghetti and tomato sauce ^^
