What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I'm cutting while eating about 1800kcals or less daily. I'm currently not counting anything but calories. I make sure to eat a lot of lean protein and as little fat as possible. This approach has worked for me in the past many times.

Meal standbys are turkey sandwich which is just turkey, honey mustard and bread. Protein spaghetti, basically spaghetti with extra ground beef mixed in. Stuffed green peppers, Chicken rizot, civapcici and grilled salmon with rice. Oh yeah and LOTS of diet pop.
 
Current offseason meals. Will increase cause hungry as fuck still.
