What kind of ice cubes are those? Is that ice cubes?
Lol right..I just finished cutting up raw chicken breast into cubes and those ice cubes look just like the raw chicken. The picture was loading slowly so it took a moment for me to realize it was a cup they were in. I was so confused for a moment.
 
I'm cutting while eating about 1800kcals or less daily. I'm currently not counting anything but calories. I make sure to eat a lot of lean protein and as little fat as possible. This approach has worked for me in the past many times.

Meal standbys are turkey sandwich which is just turkey, honey mustard and bread. Protein spaghetti, basically spaghetti with extra ground beef mixed in. Stuffed green peppers, Chicken rizot, civapcici and grilled salmon with rice. Oh yeah and LOTS of diet pop.
 
Not much to say except this is what we call campfire breakfast in my area of the world; obviously no campfire required.

Smoked sausage, hashbrowns, cheese, onions, bell pepper, seasoning to your hearts content. Hell, any ingredient you wish, of course.
