...and finally topped off and completed (?) with chocolate sea salt potato chips. Ahhhhh bring it on home.

i was ordering these pre-made meals by "Flex Pro meals" and they were great until i looked at the amount of sodium in one meal was 1360 mg! Imo thats not healthy so i am starting to just meal prep with good quality food and no extra salt seasoning etc if i do use any seasoning its a very minute amount........ now wonder why my water retention was so bad and i thought it was from the hgh lol
