Loving the new Traeger! Ribs were so good. I applied an apple cherry habanero jelly to the ribs and wrapped them halfway through the smoke. Also pictured with protein pasta salad and brisket jalapeño poppers

Chicken breast, avocado and cabbage
2 kambuchas (hehe)
Pop corn and coke zero watching a movie later in the evening

I smoked this salmon on a cedar plank and finished it off with a pineapple habanero jelly glaze

i was ordering these pre-made meals by "Flex Pro meals" and they were great until i looked at the amount of sodium in one meal was 1360 mg! Imo thats not healthy so i am starting to just meal prep with good quality food and no extra salt seasoning etc if i do use any seasoning its a very minute amount........ now wonder why my water retention was so bad and i thought it was from the hgh lol
