What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Dinner last night was more chicken & rice , heavy on the chicken .

This Sunday morning its back to low carb again (2 days in a row) so......yes.....eggs & ham scrambled & green chile sauce . Coffee. Tomorrow we will carb back-up.~Ogh

OGH nice little garden set-up you got, can't beat eating like that. Good tip on the lentils, I used to make a mean soup need to get them back in rotation.
I've been running very low carbs for a few weeks now. Starting to shed a lot in my midsection.
I kinda hate to see a little mass go with it but I'm starting to get the "damn you look huge" remarks...funny how that works.
egg white/salmon omelet, Chx+broccoli, shakes through lunch. Post weight and progress pics around the first. I'm seeing results though, and I attribute a large portion to everyone here that is so willing to share.
 
Tango you always get bigger when you get smaller amazing it just messes with the ego as far as weight pushing. Cutting just another necessary evil.

OGH i missed the picture last night when I was catching up...very nice garden.
 
High carb day : Late morning Mesolites - same ole' 3 eggs/ham/scrambled w/ green chile sauce + coffee . Plus sm banana . today is high carb , right after squats.....~Ogh

Yesterday was chicken with 'tabbouleh'.
If you do not know what tabbouleh is made off I'll post an awesome recipe tomorrow. ;)

My mom loves Tabouli , she made it alot when I was growing up...its wheat bulgar so it is fairly high in carbs , just like pasta . But it makes great salads . Try it with sesame oil in it with lots of lemon juice , cucumber , green onion, tomato . Also cilentro is great in it.....~Ogh
 
Picture 331.jpg I said today was a carb-up day and I meant it . 3 protein cookies so far and the Mrs. made her "Extra-Banana-Banana Bread" its really carby . Just go to Allrecipes.com and punch in Banana bread recipe and the top downloaded recipe is the one . Then just add another small/med banana to the recipe , its gtg .
