What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Fresh , red romaine lettuce from my garden - plus 6oz local Oregon Coast tiny shrimp & my standard olive oil & lemon juice w/ Italian seasoning dressing . The carb-up was over at 3:00 . Next one is Friday . Wednesday is a medium carb day . ~Ogh
 
Wish I had something exciting to share on here OGH! Same old oats and whites for breakfast and chicken and broccoli the rest of the day until 8 oz. sirloin steak with broccoli for last meal.

But your being consistent , like me - and thats what counts the most . Breakfast is the most boring of meals , but thats fine , I can live with that (my will is strong) and so is yours .

Well, this morning was suppose to be a medium carb day , but Ive been looking flat since my carb-up which tells me I didnt get enough carbs Monday . So high carbs again today until I fill back out . And lots more water (less coffee) .

med/hi carb day : 2 protein cookies w/ milk & Syntha-6 protein . Banana bread for later snack / Pre-WO. ~Ogh
 
Had some scrambled egg whites and ham last night post workout, def nice to switch it up a little thanks for the tip OGH. I used to be a coffee addict myself, but I finally kicked it for awhile. I know all about "quitting tomorrow" though, my boots don't hit the floor 'till I have a pinch of Cope wintergreen longcut. Today I'm back on the chx+brown rice+asparagus, nothing exciting but I'm in it for the long haul.

....I quit Copenhagen after 20+ years of dipping . Still dont miss it 5 years later . It was tearing up my stomach.....I went to "Kill The Can" forum and with the help from some good bro's I was able to quit it . If you ever decide to quit check them out . ~Ogh
