hell yeah brotha i love refeed im running tren now and have a fat metabolism so as long as its relatovely clean i can eat loads if carbs proteins to grow!!Oh you bet - I'm big on cereal ; I also go to Safeways bakery and get the big apple fritters 2/$1 and glazed donuts . A couple of those and a ton of water and I can literally see myself fill-out after a week of low-carb . The next day Im ready for pictures after some pump-ups.....~Ogh
Nice! Can't beat that.Neighbor kids brung me over another big rainbow trout , biggest one Ive seen in a while . Got over a lb of cooked meat and ate it all . Plus a salad & apple .

4 eggs over easy, 4 slices turkey bacon, 1 cup rolled oats, broccoli.
8 oz Steak and 4 eggs.....of course.
As for myself - I went coo-coo last night , devoured cookies , banana bread & cereal.....I got a carb-hangover this morning , no loud noises please , more coffee !! ~Ogh

OGH....I did not struggle and fight to get where I am at in life not to eat steak and eggs every morning. It is my way of saying to myself good job. LOL!! NOw the next step is to get someone to make it for me.
8oz chicken breast, small side salad with a hard boiled egg. Still full from breakfast. I hope I get through this. I have to eat again in 2.5 hours.
turkey bacon BLT's in lettuce wrap is one of my favorites on the go.. I can't remember the last time I had real bacon but I'm sure it was @ moms with some biscuits and gravy, grits, and apple butter. I know I'm getting into this cut now bc I used to dream about women now I dream about food porn.
