Oh you bet - I'm big on cereal ; I also go to Safeways bakery and get the big apple fritters 2/$1 and glazed donuts . A couple of those and a ton of water and I can literally see myself fill-out after a week of low-carb . The next day Im ready for pictures after some pump-ups.....~Ogh

hell yeah brotha i love refeed im running tren now and have a fat metabolism so as long as its relatovely clean i can eat loads if carbs proteins to grow!!
 
OGH....I did not struggle and fight to get where I am at in life not to eat steak and eggs every morning. It is my way of saying to myself good job. LOL!! NOw the next step is to get someone to make it for me.:D

4 eggs over easy, 4 slices turkey bacon, 1 cup rolled oats, broccoli.
turkey bacon BLT's in lettuce wrap is one of my favorites on the go.. I can't remember the last time I had real bacon but I'm sure it was @ moms with some biscuits and gravy, grits, and apple butter. I know I'm getting into this cut now bc I used to dream about women now I dream about food porn. But egg whites and ham for me, tilapia + kale for my afternoon meals. sitting @ 226 last night
 
Pulling a nice 6 oz. Sirloin steak out of the fridge to prep. Sides will be spinach salad and 1 cup of brown and wild rice. It's hot so I've been getting plenty of water today. Right on schedule so far.

Also forgot to mention the protein shake that I had before breakfast...
 
Currently 5' 8" and 188 lbs around 11% bf. I'm happy with where I'm at right now. I'm running anavar and prop hoping to shed another percent or two. But I'm looking full and hard thanks to my diet. I'm surprised how disciplined I've been thus far.
