What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Completely killed my diet this weekend. Anniversary celebration with the woman, had a great time but ready to get the diet back on track. We stayed away from home for the weekend and to sum up my diet it was wine, beer, chicken burger, fish and chips, pizza, blueberry pancakes ( two occasions, so good we went back the next morning), egg white omelette, saltwater taffy, and carmel corn. Managed to fit in protein shakes and a few chicken and broccoli meals I packed between all the sweets and carbs. Got back on track today after breakfast and man I have been craving sweets bad. It's crazy, you give yourself a little freedom for a couple days and eat a lot of sweets and carbs and as soon as you go back to your plan the cravings are intense. I got this though. Got my lunch chicken and broccoli meals packed and ready to go for work tomorrow. At least I will get to carb up before/during/after workout tomorrow.

Oregonstrong it is mid summer man thats how it goes down. I am in the same boat vacation and now having hard time breaking some bad habits that formed but this pretty normal for me during the summer. I get down to a nice place in early June and start to give it back by mid-july.
 
This morning was a quick protein shake then out the door . Lunch is leftover BBQ brisket from yesterday . The 5lbs I gained has once again been reduced to just a 2lb gain .

Back to 165lbs.
 
I went on a mini vacation this weekend and was doing great on my diet....until the restaurant I was at brought me out cherry cobbler by accident. I even tried sending it back but they said they'd just have to throw it away if I did.

Pretty sure the universe wanted me to have it! #Rationalizing


Yes it was your destiny to eat that pie , oh well you should survive . I also have a weakness for good pie....~Ogh

Thanks Volt, I'm back on track today!

2 cups whites and 1/2 cup oats for breakfast, 8 oz. chicken and broccoli meals 2-4, whey/waxy maize preworkout, intra-workout, whey/dextrose post workout, tilapia and broccoli dinner.
 
Bought some more weights from the lady I got the Olympic barbell from yesterday . She called me back and took $60 for 2-90lb dumbbells & 2-70lb dumbbells . Thats 360lbs for $60 . Sshwing !! The ends have been welded ....Its the 4-DB"s in the far right back.....


Steak & Rice here for dinner.....plus a sm apple . +water ~Ogh

Hmm, this thread makes me hungry. Dinner tonight was four fried eggs on two slices of wheat toast. And a 24 oz. ribeye. :D

Today for me was 6 egg whites, 1 cup steel oats, banana, chicken/rice x2, 1 slice of cheese. Protein shake x2 pre/post wo. Cottage cheese. About 2200 calories.

Trying to cut some bf before 1st cycle.
