What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

6 eggs white in tortila w salsa and 1 cup oats + coffee
Breakfast burrito of champions. I like a little chorizo in mine and the hotter the salsa the better. Egg white, chx, spinach omelet this am. I'm gonna be out tonight so I pre rolled a bunch of tuna salad lettuce wraps with banana peppers and japs. Craving shrimp though so I'm going to try to get back on that kick the rest of the week.

Same old same old here. Oats, whites, chicken , broccoli, steak.

Dropped back to my original weight this week after last weekends hiatus just like everyone said I would:)
 
My 4th breakfast was 4 eggs & ham scrambled plus a cup of oatmeal /honey&cinnamon + coffee . Ready for some big squats this morning (neighbors were up drinking/drugging all night so I just gotta slam the bar down hard on the Powerhouse gym .):rolleyes: Sorrrry...lol ~Ogh
 
I just posted this on a my thread in the steroid forum: ive got several more items but couldnt get all in the pic (2% milk, berries, ezekial bread, cottage cheese etc.) im ramping up my diet because im about to start my first cycle tuesday.. you could check out my thread and give me your opinion on increasing cycle duration if youd like, id realy appreciate it!0704141116.jpg

lol i feel ya on the chicken and rice! if it gets too unbearable ill switch to ground turkey and potatoes for a while until chicken and rice sounds appealing again
 
off to smash the weights..

pre workout meal:
1/4 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
4 slices oven roasted turkey
1 slice baby swiss
on whole wheat bread (omellete sammich! with olive oil mayo!)

gonna try to set a new deadlift PR before i start my cycle, wish me luck!
 
Just getting my appetite back after a serious 'deep tissue strain' in my lower back. A little more than 2 weeks of barley being able to take a deep breath, say nothing about lifting anything more than a glass of water. Broccoli and chicken tonight. I never thought I would be looking forward to being hungry again!

Yeah man! That thing is killing me. Truth be told - I was doing something so mundane with no heavy lifting involved at work and the next morning I couldnt get out of bed. At first I thought it was a kidney stone, but apparently not says the doc.

One more shake and im in the sac for the night, appetite isnt the only thing coming back, wife better look out! ;)
 
Man yesterday was great food. Corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, tri tip and even a family outing to ice cream where I got something!!! Oh hold itsa how I love you.

Today it's back to the grind, I'm getting up to make some rice to go with me chicken
 
As much as Id like to splurge , I just cant seem to go overboard , maybe today . Did put a lb or 2 on.

This morning : 8oz cottage cheese + 1/2 banana , coffee . ~Ogh
