my hardest thing, is not consuming a but load of carbs before bed. i get hungry like a mofuka after dinner, and almost always surcumb to a boal of cereal, with almond silk milk lo fat kind.
I get a terrible cravin for carbs before bed ; usually I have a peppermint or two and it goes away (15 cals a piece). The peppermints are better than a pint of ice cream (400+cal) ~Ogh
best thing for late night cravings is cottage cheese IMO. the fat is filling and you get slow digesting protien while you sleep, if you need to add some stevia or a bit of fruit ityup ice cream cravings like a mother here too at night. cereal. string cheese. bullshit like that. im gunna try to trade out the white bread sando's for healthy lunches, and ditch the late night carbs. i basically have a 6 pak but by evenings its more like a tortise shell. i hate it
