Just smashed leg workout with the missus

5x 10 squats
5x10 leg ex superset with 5x10 leg curl
3x20 lunges superset with 3x20 leg press

Walked straight from the shed to the fridge to find my tea pre cooked for me. I gots a good gurl

Same 'ol. Between 6-9 meals per day. Murdered a tripple at Wendys last night.
 
Nothing special tonight except for some rice and a Tyson chicken patty with some cantaloupe. Eating fruit in that Texan bowl lol.
