What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I'm home alone this weekend, just got a text from my oldest.
Said he is on his way home, asked if he wanted to smash some sushi.... will post up a mountain of raw fish shortly.

image.jpg This is from this morning. Still up and down with wifi since the tornado. 55+ protein 40 carbs.

10 egg whites one slice yellow American.
6 ounces of low sodium lean ham.
Cup of oatmeal cooked with a cup of skim milk.

Since then I've downed a bowl of grilled chicken over spinach salad and squeezed in a can of tunastane. Going fishing tonight so I guess I will bring another can with a few oatmeal bars.
 
How many grams a day of protein can u generate eating like that?

I actually eat btw 150-200g of protein everyday, so you will be surprised.
Chickpeas, beans, lentils and peas are rich in protein. Pair them with quinoa, oatmeal, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, nuts seeds, greens and eggs. I met my protein requirements daily.
No meat and still make pretty good gains

Chipotle burrito bowl tonight. Double steak and loaded with pretty much everything else. Really wanted the damn tortilla but had to order 2 1/2 hours before I could eat it and didn't know how it would hold up. I can settle for this pile of goodness tho.
