What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Had oatmeal pancakes for dinner/my PWO meal.

Raw oats mixed with egg whites and vanilla protein powder until it forms a pancake batter consistency. Then top the pancakes with a concoction of greek yogurt mixed with protein powder until it forms a cake icing type consistency.

For extra credit, add various fruits of choice into the yogurt prior to mixing. It's mad delicious.

Sweet!!! Ive been out of it for a while. A bit spotty, a few posts here and there. Hope all is well my man. Just makin sure it aint no fake OGH. Good to talk with you again my brother. Be safe up there!!!! Oh, and it will be getting holiday season soon. I think a re-post of them protein cookies will be in order!! ;)

Admittedly I've let my diet slip over the past two months or so but I've just started to reel it in, time to get shredded. It might be a bit unconventional in the sense that I bulked this summer and am cutting in the fall/winter but fuck it, I'm weird like that.
 
OGH, good to hear from you! This thread is one of my favorites, thanks for creating it. I want to thank everyone for there ideas on meals. I get into one pattern of food and really need to change it up a bit.
 
1/2 pound ground elk with 8 scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheddar and two cups of veggies this morning for breakfast. And a 65 gram protein shake with a packet of instant oats in it.
 
Wish I could eat like a beast right now. Doing 50 carbs a day max this week.along with intense training. . My body is starving for CARBS!!!
I'm doing the opposite- eating 400 carbs a day for work & to stay warm. Going to cut carbs when I get home. I shipped a case of apple fritters out here to keep me carb loaded, and oatmeal and Cheerios HNT cereal... As long as I can still split my abs I'm gtg,lol ~Ogh

man I would kill for an apple fritter right now lol well good luck to you man and best believe this weekend dad is loading up major. Boom!
 
8 oz. sirloin steak (beef for a change), 1 cup jasmine rice. I am looking forward to a cheat this weekend as well!! Not really loading since my carbs are pretty high but more for mental health!
