Had oatmeal pancakes for dinner/my PWO meal.
Raw oats mixed with egg whites and vanilla protein powder until it forms a pancake batter consistency. Then top the pancakes with a concoction of greek yogurt mixed with protein powder until it forms a cake icing type consistency.
For extra credit, add various fruits of choice into the yogurt prior to mixing. It's mad delicious.
