How was it?Wife made a meatloaf kind of inspired by the guys in that JBallz cycle log. Kale with 2 pounds grass fed beef and two pounds ground turkey sausage. Couple eggs and almond flour and it came out to about 5 meals for me.
On top of that lots of eggs, chicken breast, sardines and whey. Lean bulking for a few more weeks before jumping on a t3-clen cut.
Ah thr glorious cheat days. Mine was yesterday. And I couldn't resist a big mac (such a fatty I am) oh well. Back to the gring. Protein almond cheerios this morning. Have a great week gents2 cup whites, 2 Vans gluten free waffles with 2 tbsp. almond butter and sugar free syrup.
Cheat day today gonna kill some pizza later!

I hear you OS - just wrappin up the job site and gonna fly home to OREGON next week . Can't wait, it's been an adventure....here's a recent selfie, been off cycle for 2 months and haven't had a real workout either , but still sportin a huge tricep (lots of dips between trees,lol)..... Not bad for now 54 year old (I"ll never quit) I think I'm ready to finally try some GH,we"ll see . Be back online soon my brothers...~Ogh
