Pile of eggs abd egg whites with mushrooms and a little Swiss cheese. The usual side of vitamins fish and flax seed oil caps. Washed down with a shake.
I love eggs I already had them today but thx to your post I think ill double down!
I usually have a second eggs meal mid afternoon

30 lb. tidewater fresh fall chinook I caught today. Cut up into about 12/10-12 oz. meals. Just the start of the season here, much much more to come. Will be breaking out the vacuum sealer next weekend hopefully.
Headed over to the gym, tonight will be ground beef, salad, cottage, and a shake.

Just finished at the gym, and it's gonna be a banana, shake, brown rice, carne Asada with some sautéed bell peppers on top. I'm so hungry right now

Same old boring meals here boys. Getting ready to finish meal 8 of the day, 8 oz. ground elk, 1 cup jasmine rice.
I added Brown rice to my pound of ground! 
Chicken, eggs, yogurt, cottage, shakes all day. Two meals left to go.

2 on 1 off. With a fasting day.
High calorie days to extreme low days.
Low carb day to no carb day!.ehheh
Sorry Ogh. I might be posting " yeah my water was great along with 2 pieces of lettuce and 1 Chiken breast .....that ive had all day!" Haha
Oh and my cheat day you know I'm gonna post! Something creepy like turkey breast and vagina juice and bison. shit got weird <rant over>
