Pile of eggs abd egg whites with mushrooms and a little Swiss cheese. The usual side of vitamins fish and flax seed oil caps. Washed down with a shake.
 
Is everyone here only bulking?! Lol yesterday started my 6 month routine! With 3 different phases. 1st month
2 on 1 off. With a fasting day.
High calorie days to extreme low days.
Low carb day to no carb day!.ehheh

Sorry Ogh. I might be posting " yeah my water was great along with 2 pieces of lettuce and 1 Chiken breast .....that ive had all day!" Haha

Oh and my cheat day you know I'm gonna post! Something creepy like turkey breast and vagina juice and bison. :) shit got weird <rant over>
