Ain't that the truth. I'm in week six of just meal prepping and even though I enjoy making it, it's getting old. But you can't have results with out proper diet. So off to meal 4
I get excited for each meal
Especially on a bulk
Even tho ive had it a thousand times before
It tastes like fucking nirvana

I feel the same way about cutting. The food might be kinda boring and repetitive , but the results make it well worth it. Of course fat boy friday keeps me from abandoning ship[emoji41]
 
Been down and out for a bit, but had to share this....

I posted a bit ago about those rich piana post w/o shakes with egg whites and cocoa krispies or puffs.....

But I wanted a carb free option for those super clean meals.....

I did 1.5 cups egg whites, same amount of water, 3 packets of stevia
, a good big dash of cinnamon, and a handful of ice.....
Fucking delicious!!!!!!!!!!!
