My best buddy in high school loved plain cheese pizzas and I developed a certain taste for them myself...Have it with a whey protein drink and you got a meal . Fats,carbs and protein all there

Breakfast. 3 eggs over easy english muffins and a chunk of sashimi grade ahi that i put in the fridge about 4 days ago and forgot about[emoji53] so i fried it in some olive oil for breakfast.
