What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

What all do u have there?
The first meal is post workout shake
3 scoops whey
4 scoops glutamine
2 cups of frozen strawberries
30 gr oats

second meal something called “caldo tlalpeño” here in Mexico
250 gr chicken breast
“Caldo de pollo” (didn’t know how to say it in English, chicken brew?)
100 gr cabbage
100 gr rice
A mix of Chiles called “Tajín”
It’s delicious

Chicken Brew is perfect!! That's what I would call it...
 
Kinders, the stuff is like crack

Hadn't heard of them but they have some nice sugar free options sweetened with allulose vs. the usual crap replacements like sucralose or malitol. Expensive but that's the most quality sugar free sauce I've seen. Might have to try the Jalepeno one.

I'll have to give it a shot as well, this is regular with sauce with the sugar. I swear it is so good, the kiddos love it as well which is great. When I find something they like, I run the breaks off of it. That jalapeno sounds great
