Spicy Salmon Maki Bowl. I can not believe how much I enjoyed this. Salmon was lightly coated in honey so it burned a little in the air fryer.

Hard to tell, but the glob on the upper left is a spinach blue cheese chili dog. Along with hickory smoked chicken wings with more blue cheese.

Hoisin Shrimp over rice.




I devein, peel my shrimp, let it sit in Himalayan sea salt, a little black pepper, lemon and lime juice in the fridge about an hour. Then I sear on preheated hot medium in EVOO, 1 minute or less per side. Remove from heat.

Sauce: hoisin, soy, rice wine vinegar, a little melted butter. Mix and fold into shrimp.

I serve it over jasmine rice, garnish with some green onion (scallions depending on your region) and it's phenomenal. Usually I mix fresh spinach into the rice.

Nasty, fried goodness is essential in my world, perhaps a bit sparingly. It just depends on the day, the week, the month...Chicken livers (with green onions)

That’s a very large dog like bowl that I love to eat out of and it makes the fish look small but that’s a Costco kirkland 7oz salmon
