Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Currently trying to get my wheels in order. Damn back injury got me...
Seems tall people are more susceptible to back injury. That sure is rough so hang in there big guy.
 
I know. I was 55kg when I started approx 2 months ago, now my weight is 70kg. I know it's unnecessary I'm on roids, I'm just so unpatent, I want everything to happen fast..
If you are too impatient for results you should not even be using steroids.

Just throwing this out there I herniated a disc back in the day, found relief with an inversion table ($300 at Costco), did wonders for me, 2-3min in the morning and same at night, full vertical. I feel your pain, good luck with it.

Well its good that you're aware of it. Do everythiong you possibly can to maintain that muscle while youre off cycle. Don't let the mindset of 'i can only train hard while on steroids' set in. I'm not saying thats where you're at now but that personality type that you have seems to be predisposed to steroid addiction and upping the ante before its necessary. Watch yourself for signs of addiction too. Last thing I want to see is a brother on here getting hurt or making bad choices. (not saying thats you, but pre empting trouble is better than fixing it afterwards)
 
We try to keep it positive in this here thread. Posting pics takes balls to leave yourself open for criticism. Not hiding behind anything. That should be praised in here. And it will.

I cant tell you how appreciative i was of all the kind words from my fellow meso dudes, inspired me to really push even harder.

We need a thread like this, positive, inspirational and no negativity.
 
I'm not the biggest but my name's not gnar shred for nothing lol. This is last year at first show. I'm starting prep now and will be bigger and better than this on few months....

Thank you i appreciate it! I also like the word you use potential. Because I feel happy with my progress that first year of bodybuilding but it's by no means where I'm going to stay. I'm definitely planning to climb that ladder. Really appreciate the feedback!

You really look great brother, i used the word potential because of your stated goal of going far in BB,ing. I deff think you have the
" potential " to do just that.
Keep hittin it hard and keep us posted , im sure most here like seeing progress pics, you know ..... Inspiring and all.
 
Everyone that post a pic on here deserves praise. It takes balls to put yourself out there for everyone to judge! And like the others have said, keep your rude ass comments to yourself. None of us that bust our ass at the gym deserve it!
 
Do you guys think I have the potential to eventually place well in like Classic Physique?



I hope to maybe one day compete but I've been told by a few people that it really comes down to genetics like muscle insertions, overall frame, etc. Not sure if I have the 'look' or not and just wanted to get some opinions.

Yeah man definitely. You have a good look I could definitely see classic fitting you well. I'd like to see those legs though cuz for classic you have to have decent legs not as big as bodybuilding but they can't be skinny.

Your upper body has enough size right now if your legs are decent all you need to do is start a prep to get really nice and lean and learn how to pose and you be ready for the local level
