Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I'm very weak. Bench is 4 reps on 60kg. Squat is 10 on 60kg and I do 40kg deadlift 10 reps.

167cm 70kg
Got to eat more for starters and training harder. There are a lot of great people here who can give you great advice. Just search the forum!

Just a question for you knowledgeable folks. Do you guys to tend to "cheat" a lot on a bulk? I am having a hard time growing/out eating this tren on my blast. Am considering pigging out on junk food on top of the meals I am already eating every day.

Cheating is a stupid word. Clean is another stupid word and what people consider clean or dirty is mind boggling. Bread and pasta is not dirty or cheating. Add more of both and youll be adding more calories than you probably realize. Do you count calories? You should be...
How about whole milk? Can you digest it? If you can implement that in. I like to be in a major surplus on a bulk. Growing muscle is the hardest thing possible. Undermining that process cuz ur afraid to lose ur abs is stupid.
