Every once in a while you meet somebody that just has stupid good genetics.
Met a dude today that had a stroke 3 yrs ago. Hasnt used gear since. Hes 5'8 220 and yoked AF.
He had pics of him and his child hood friend Ronnie Coleman and others. Moments like that you realize there are guys as complete naturals could wipe the floor with us on gear, gh, slin whatever. This is TRULY a genetic game. Im no where near guys like that.

Celebrating my lower body gainz. Considering im deep into a bulk and my waist, obliques and lower back fat have my waist measurement as big as its ever gonna get ATM MY LEGS ARE STILL bigger and wider than my waist :)
Thats an aggressive outter sweep and the tear drop is as thick as a softball. Hamstrings are large and in charge. Thanks to all that front skwaat focus and a host of other exercises i employ to not only be strong but big as well. Still searching for that 500lb front skwaat...the calves are genetic.

Been rocking the Natty life for 14 months now, 174lb this morning and started a new program by hybrid performance. Goals to be as athletic as possible for everyday life and to compete in every form of strength discipline at some point. The programs ideal is to look like a bodybuilder, lift like a power lifter and move like a weight lifter which is what I’ve been working towards for the past year anyways except the look like a bodybuilder part I’d rather look like a high level crossfit guy like Mathew Fraser or rich fronning

Snatch is 185lb now so over bodyweight which was huge for me. I’m gonna catch 205 by the time this 3 month program is done I know I got it in me. Hoping to squat 2.75x bodyweight bench 2x bodyweight and deadlift 3.25xbw too before I’m done this all.

I really like the fact you have goals brutha. These goals are within reason too, so I’m sure you will make them. Again, great work! Lemme know if you blast again. I’d like to follow your progress on that too

Cut went great! I figured out a simple way to help reduce sub-q water. My first real cut. Likebyou stated above, the cost to compete is no joke. I even have a local sponsor. I took a lil time off and I’m actually starting my bulk today. Kicking it off with good old adrol. I could not see myself paying npc dues for 2017, only to compete in the last show of the year. So 2018 Ima hit a local SoCal show and another at the end of the year. Dang bro!!! You hit 260lbs!!! Very impressed:)
I’ll keep ya updated on my bulk. Real simple too.

Looking good bro. Slight advantage for you having 8 abs instead of 6. :)

Stay focused and on the program. Trust the process and don't do anything last minute or drastic. That's my pep talk for all competitors since most shows are lost the last week of prep by making mistakes that could have been avoided.

My abs suck. I have like 4 3/4 since the bottom right is literally 1/2 the size of the top 4 and the bottom left is just not present. My hand is in the way (on purpose by the way to keep from drawing attention to the flaw) but trust me it's not there. I've trained them weighted and heavy in the past and it made no difference. It's just a genetic flaw. I just don't have the ab perfection @Thenewera has. Lucky bastard. :)
