Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Look into Supartz Injections. I’ve only done 1 of 5 rounds, my knees are feeling probably the best they have since the tears happened.
I can look into those injections. Even if I didn’t tear my tendons still worth getting?

How did you manage to tear your patellar tendons?

Training wheels compared to most of you guys, but they’re what I’ve got. Torn left patellar tendon June 1st, torn right patellar tendon on June 28th, septoplasty for a shattered septum on July 1st. Started Supartz Injections on my knees last Monday. Have 4 more rounds to go. Seem to be helping, at least so far. Today was my first day back in the gym in 3+ months. Hoping to stay injury free and get back on it.

I would talk to your Dr, but I would say they most likely would. I’m not a medical professional, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Of all things, playing in an adult kickball league. Left one (I had torn my meniscus in this knee when I was 18 playing HS basketball and had it scoped) sprinting in from right field to field a kick, was going to collide with the 3rd baseman so I tried to plant and move laterally while going full speed forward, rip/tear. The right one was exactly 4 weeks later. I was favoring my left because of the tear, and I ended up tearing it running to 1st stretching for the bag and landing awkwardly.

They were both partial tears that the Dr’s told me shouldn’t need surgery, but it’s been 3+ months and if I do anything athletic at all, I can barely walk afterward, going up and down stairs, standing and sitting, etc., anything really that puts a lot of strain in your knee cap / front of your knees is torture for me.

I’m a walking injury waiting to happen apparently. My injury list since 2012 alone would fill a page. Gettin old sucks, lol.

This was probably my best moment in lifting since I first started. Both pics from yesterday.

With just chalk too!? That's some serious strength! i think i can safely say that i will never be able to replicate that.

Thanks. You can't use straps at meets and I can't lift more with them anyway. Only ever use them to save my hands or doing snatch grip work.

Havent met my friend Perrin before? His grip strength is no joke. Ive seen him crush an 1100 lb rack pull strapless. Im not fluffing any ones feathers here. The man could break hands with his hand shake. An admirable quality IMO.
Envious i am

Two
Weeks into npp 500 a week and test 700 a week. Started on decca but switched back to npp. Also 2 weeks into hgh 2ius a day. Going to keep my eye on my blood sugars. And if it stays low as it has been I’ll up it a little as i go.
