This guy doesn't skip leg day. Where the fuck did those things come from?
Do you typically respond better to a particular style of training? (reps/volume/intensity/failure)
Site injections, MGF/IGF analogues?
I have a log on this forum that has it all. But the simple answer is strict progressive overload. Been training that way for years.

And I haven’t messed with any of the trendy peptides or complicated protocols and such.

Keeping things as simple as possible is the best way and that's working quite well for you I can tell. Hope it all pays off and you nail that show!
