I have a log on this forum that has it all. But the simple answer is strict progressive overload. Been training that way for years.This guy doesn't skip leg day. Where the fuck did those things come from?
Do you typically respond better to a particular style of training? (reps/volume/intensity/failure)
Site injections, MGF/IGF analogues?
