Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

If anyone wants to roast me, here i am xD

Before pics are from late february before my first cycle and cutting phase. I know it wasn't the wisest move to start gear before i lean out but since i'm coming a long way from being a 310 pounds fata$$ during the rona lockdown i got pretty tired and disgusted from all the diet phases as a natty.

In starting point i was 246 at 6' and today i weigh 223 with 4 weeks left in cycle and deficit. My cycle started as 275 Test E and 150 primo but after 4weeks i drew bloods and e2 was pretty low for my liking so i raised the Test to 325, primo still at 150 and before 10 days i added 30mg var for finisher. After that i'll go to cruise and in fall depending on my bodyfat, if i'm too chubby for bulk i'll do an agressive cut for 6 weeks and start the bulk after. Also forgot say, i'm 36 and working out religiously for 20 years. I was just permabulking obviously.

I definitely won't end, again, to ideal bodyfat this time but i'm closer than any other time since 2011 i had my last actual cut. Unfortunaly i have a big amount of excess skin in my abs as well as some in chest and i'll never gonna look aesthetically pleasant even if i go down to 8% but i have to accept my continuous mistakes throughout my 20 year lifting life and the huge weight fluctuations. My legs are in better state than upper body. I tend to hold most fat in my upper body. I'll take some pics in couple days.

Great work brother, much respect to you guys who have the balls to post your photos online.

Let’s enjoy the ride and keep lifting till we can and see how much we can improve year after year.

I've recently torn my left Achilles and just now starting to get back in the game. It'll be a bit rough a road but hopefully will regain what I lost soon enough. Reading this thread sure stoked my motivation!

Thanks brother, appreciate it! Yeah, i don't know if it's a good or bad thing but gear increased my motivation to stay on track by a mile regarding diet, i'm feeling more rensponsible now as well. I can't be reckless with lifestyle while i'm on gear. I was kinda tired after 2 decades.

Damn, that must've been awful, speedy recovery man! Keep up the pace.

Rough stuff brother, I hope you bounce back better and stronger. This forum is great for motivation, laughs and guidance even if it makes you cry from frustration sometimes lol.

Thanks brother, I tore it back in early January then got surgery 2 weeks later. Been taking BPC and TB along with GHKCU to speed healing of the tendon post surgery and that sure has helped. Still rough as I have to go get surgery to get a clot removed soon as swelling is still present.

Able to walk now pretty good except it feels tight and hopefully that will loosen up over time once clot's removed.

Started back in the gym end of April and it's been a challenge as lost a lot of my size...but still plugging away!

Legs are flat and stringy rn, probably from the somewhat low carbs and cardio, but at least they're leaner than my upper body.
