Me to brother I'm having a hard time breaking 205 to 210.
You a hard gainer? If so you'd have to eat a great deal more to be able to gain the weight.

Yeah me too. I cant get past 250... but i took boilers advise and have uped my food intake.. my wife aint crazy about it. Lol.. now she is having to buy 3 loaves of bread and other foods... i feel like i have hit a plateaux though.. hopin to break through it.. you can see tge dedication and hard work all yall are puttin in.. yall look great brothers.. keep up the hard work...

Sorry to hear you broke your pelvic. You give me motivation.I am only 32 but I broke my back and have a fused disck from L1 through s1. I hope I can look like you at your age.10 December I weigh 280 now I'm down to 215.once I'm done with the lawsuits I will post. A picture.everybody keep up the good work it really helps keep me motivated
