You need to up your shoe game thou. Not that those are shitty shoes, they're awesome. But not awesome to train legs. Take a look at something with a hard sole not pillow soft. Lol. Hard sole shoe is guaranteed to add 50lbs to your squats.

Yep, it's a total mind fuck to go from big and full with incredible pumps to the phase of transitioning to the flat (and feel small) phase. But waking up and seeing new levels of leanness is pretty cool.Finally starting to go flat. Dropped about 600 of carbs since the start of prep with about 25g of protein and 10g of fat as well. 6500+ down to just under 4000 right now. About 200cal/day deficit from food per week, a baseline cardio deficit of ~250cals (20m) per day that is now 600 (50m).
Part of the process...but my least favorite part. Training is still great but eventually it’s just a matter of getting it done. See how deep we have to dig to get where I need to be for a qualifier and then play the rebound for 10 weeks into a shot at a card.

I will say that Antoine Vaillant is one of the few that will show up this year and do his social media posts justice. I think he may have a shot of winning the Toronto Pro. The guy is dialed in and on a mission this year.
