Do you guys highly recommend doing hit cardio when being on a cut diet, how many times a week and if anything what do you guys have best experience with?

I have never done hiit cardio. I have and continue to do miss cardio. Moderate intensity steady state at around 130bom.

I was able to do 2 45-60min hit sessions along with a 4 day a week split when healthy and on cycle, but that was my limit.

There were some rapid body changes but some of the weights on my lifts suffered, went down.
 
Anyone use fortitude training?

I havnt used fortitude training my self,just yet.I looked into it and from the details I could find it is somewhat like the late titan training program tweaked and a lot of scott stevensons ideas in there.I sent him an email to inquire about minimum requirements as far as equipment goes and he responded to tell me it is a good idea to have machines or cables on hand for the volume portions of the fortitude system.So im having to hold back as I have only freeweights here at the home,plenty of steel for sure.But not the right tools to do the program correctly.Otherwise I would had deff picked up the manual.I know the guy is jacked and trained balls to the wall dc style with david henry back in the day.

Yeah I love my cable machine, I had only free weights for a long time but I bought a plate loaded cable machine and it's really nice. It has a low and a high pulley and you can do countless exercises with it. I use it after I do my free weight exercises and I absolutely love it for abs. Cable crunches are great you can squeeze and hold stomach contractions and it works wonders. My abs are looking better than ever. So if you have a power rack that you can attach a plate loaded machine to I would definitely recommend it. I debated on whether or not to get it but I'm so happy I did, it was only like 300 bucks and it attaches to the back of my rack and takes Olympic weights. Those rope push downs are great that's really the main reason I bought it but now that I have it I use it a lot more than I thought I would. There is not much I cannot do in my home gym, I even recently grabbed some bands and I'm liking them too.
 
just finished looking over the fortitude training protocol. doesn't look to complicated. i'm cruising right now so I am going to start next week with the basic plan/tier 1 to get a feel for it. when i blast next month i'll use the higher volume plan.
