Benny's strive to greatness

Really wild part is, that was on that same scale when I was 237. I very well could have been 246 actual weight. No wonder I felt like shot back then lol

Man the gear makes you feel better, but being healthy and dropping unneeded fat makes such a big difference with gear or no gear. It's a accomplishment to drop that weight regardless man. [emoji122][emoji106]

Looking good man. I feel your pain, literally, on the elbows. Ibuprofen and massaging the muscles up and down the arm seem to help me quite a bit. Need to loosen up the muscles on the painful side and strengthen the ones on the opposite side. Really helps, do it multiple times a day. Not gone but it's not debilitating most days

Thanks, I'm stretching the elbow through out the day. I try not to put heavy strains on it when possible, and keep weight light and reputious on it. That with the NPP and ibuprofen have helped a lot. It bothers me a little less every week.

image.jpg No gym today or tomorrow, but figured I would share my meals. So far today has been a pile of ground beef, diced chicken, and diced avocado topped with olive oil and vinegar dressing. Next meal was three eggs, 1/4lb of sausage, some cheddar cheese, and diced onion fried together. Sprinkle my olive oil on and add a few strips of bacon. See @Seven Dog I do eat eggs ;)

New diet still going. 3k calories a day, 70% from fat, 25+% from protien, and keeping carbs below 5%. Today I think I may have had 5g of carbs. Monday was chest day. Added one rep to Friday's routine when got to 225 and 245. Did a bunch more support work monday, DB flies, DB press, time under tension incline BB presses, long session of cable flies at several positions. Tonight was squats, but didn't get much in. Got to three sets of 315x5 and was completely drained. Tried to do cardio and had no energy to do it. felt like I was going to fall and/or pass out. Hopefully energy will be back up tomorrow for arms and cardio.

Last night was back on top energy wise. Did shoulders and arms.
Ten mins cardio, Tren has heart rate up more. Instead of averaging low 130 range I'm now running about 140.
Five sets each, lateral raises, DB curls, cable pull downs. Rotating through in that order with minimal rest time and keeping heart rate up.
Ten more minutes of cardio
DB military presses, db curls, tricep cable pulls overhead(don't know proper term). Five sets each rotating through like last
Ten more minutes cardio
Five sets each, DB curls, one arm cable pull downs, shrugs, same typ routine as before.
Ten more minutes of cardio and I was spent.
Went home and had baked pork chops and a huge spoon full of peanut butter.

Something interesting about my new diet so far. I have a history of gallbladder and acid reflux problems, usually aggravated by fatty foods. I'm over three days in to this high fat diet, and aside from a little gallbladder pain Monday night, all is good. This really surprises me, knowing how my body usually reacts to fatty meals.

Your leaning out nicely Benny --- keep at it !! ;)
Curious what my numbers look like tomorrow. Trainer was supposed to do my BF and other measurements last Friday, but didn't make it. He promised me to be there tomorrow evening. I'm still carrying plenty of fat around lower chest and abdomen, but it's getting to be less a little at a time. Staying around 3k calories a day now may slow my fat loss, but I wanted to be able to put on some lean mass while I'm running the gear.

Damn it all to hell im late...again. Subbed an your transformation has been awesome. You can easily see your hard work is paying off. Keep on grinding bro;)
