Benny's strive to greatness

Took some measurements last night, something I should have done a few weeks ago.
Waist, just under 33"
Chest just over 44
Neck 17.25
Thigh 24
Calf 16
Weight was 205 Sunday morning, but back to 210 this morning. A rather hot few days where I'm at, so the sweating and drinking so much water is fluctuating my weight I believe. Yesterday I was inside most of day, but still drank a lot of water. Figuring that is where that five pound jump came from.

Notice I screwed up on my measurements above. Waist is actually just shy of 36", and forgot to put arms on there, 16.5".
Hope by end of summer the waist is about 32-33" and be nice if arms are pushing 18" by then.

Ok, my trainer friend finally did my measurements

Weighed in at 215, but that's the scale that reads about ten pounds heavy.
Did some chest work today, for second time this week. My bench press has gone from 245x5 to 265x5 pr in exactly two weeks. I think the Tren is here ;)

A quick update. Recomp seems to be going in right direction. My weight is staying close to the same, but I am seeing subtle changes indicating fat loss. My big accomplishment for this week was my bench press PR. Well, PR since my weight loss through the spring. Last Friday I struggled hard to push 275x3. This past Wednesday I pushed 295x3. Twenty pound improvement in five days.
Diet wise, I have cut cals just because of the recent hot spell. At 95 plus degrees and 100% humidity, I just couldn't eat as much. I have also added MCT, 4 tbsp a day, to my diet along with my usual olive oil.
Ten day vacation begins after work today, so for next week I will be able to eat better and possibly train harder, although I think my body is starting to tell me I need a short break to heal up. I'll go by feel on that one. With the physical aspect of my job not present for a little more then a week, hopefully my aches and pains will lessen.

20lbs in 5 day on less cals and this heat, NICE!! 10 days will do you some good for sure, enjoy Benny.

Not been getting to gym much this week, but did make it twice. Did some back routines Tuesday and chest routine yesterday. In the past week I have gained nearly ten pounds. My diet hasn't been great over past week, but I didn't think it was that bad. Here is a pic from this morning.

**Bump for Benny**

Vacation good? How's the cycle going?

Vacation was much needed and good, except for my diet. I picked up a few pounds by not paying attention to my diet and just eating n drinking whatever. I'm back on track now though. Have almost eliminated my carbs again and incorporating plenty of good fats. I have decided to stop trying to cut right now, and make use of the gear to build some muscle from here on out for this cycle. I'm going to sit down this weekend and restructure my diet to try and gain as much lean muscle as possible. My lifts are getting better, so my body is building strength. It's time to feed the beast within.

Did some skin fold measurements again last night. Despite being five pounds up from June 19th measurements, the calipers show I have lost fat. Haven't had any of the negative sides for a few weeks, so upped my Tren this morning and adjusted others up a little.
Current gear:
Tren 200mg eod
NPP 100mg eod
Test Cyp 500mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk
Dbol 40mg/day but working up to 50. Only been on it for a week

Thats alot of gear brother, especially for us older guys ; be careful and keep tabs on BP and pulse rate. Goodluck ~Ogh

I'm also taking cialis to keep BP in check. I monitor regularly, and only problem so far was starting the dbol. I tried to jump in at 50mg/day, not realizing this was much stronger stuff then the last dbol I had. Dropped it to 25 and ramped up to 40. Everything seems in check so far. Last time I ran EQ n Tren together I had to reduce Tren and drop EQ toward end due to BP n pulse. This time I'm keeping test a little lighter, so hopefully I'll get through the cycle with out having to cut anything short.

Cialis is NOT a first-line-of-defense for BP . Its primarily a ED med and prostate med w/ SOME secondary blood lowering action . Its not a true BP med . My doctor went over this w/ me yrs ago . You need Metoprolol or an Ace Inhibitor for true BP control .

Does your Dr know you cycle? I don't think mine would be ok with it if she knew what I were doing, so I try to avoid her while on cycle. I am still looking for another Dr that may be more understanding. I also have to be careful with getting script for BP, because it effects my DOT physicals as well. I will ask some questions to my Dr about the BP and meds though. Thanks
