How the hell are you guys getting all these cals???

I did something north of 10K calories in less than 16hrs after weighing in for my meet. Don't remember the exact numbers but here's some of what I ate after weigh ins:

Right after getting dressed
2 bags of salt and vinegar chips
4 packages of jerky

After that we went to a pub and had
Double bacon burger with French fries
2 orders of chicken fingers with onion rings

At the hotel in between blunt and bong sessions:
Entire box of ghirardelli brownies
2-dozen glazed donuts
6 peanut butter, jelly, Nutella, and maple syrup sandwiches
2 protein shakes with whole milk, ice cream, whey, bananas, PB, and granola

Around 10pm ordered
Sesame chicken and pork fried rice
Boneless spare ribs
Fried crab sticks

Woke up around 2am and sat in the trunk of the car while smoking a blunt and munching on
Another box of brownies
2 PBJ sandwiches
Half a dozen glazed donuts
Small everything pizza without ch**se

Woke up around 7am and went to the diner
5egg omelette with ham, bacon and sausage
Homefries
Full stack pancakes
Full stack French toast
2 chocolate shakes

While watching my buddy lift
3 PBJ sandwiches
Homemade deer jerky a buddy made and brough with him
3 double burgers and fries
Another box of brownies

I gained almost 20lbs in that time frame as well. It would not have been possible without my friend maryjane and all her various cousins

I had to cut some to make weight then shovel food in to gain as much as possible before competing.

It was hard and I felt very uncomfortable but luckily felt fine wen it came time to lift. On any given day I think youd beat me pretty easily. You've got a ton of size on me. I had starved myself for 2 days prior which made me ravenous like a manbearpig

When I was on tren and T3 along with test, it did something to my hunger I've never experienced before. Hunger so bad I was in pain when not eating. I could never feel 100% full.

Jesus, I just reread this... Did you find out you were diabetic that day or was it after your meet?

Hahaha. Still have fasting BG of about high 80s to low 90s thank God. My sister is diabetic though :(
 
why do you think you need more calories? Are you natty or on gear? (usually if natty it shouldn't be hard to get the calories you need). You said elsewhere in this thread that you're trying to lean up too?

If you definitely need more calories I wouldn't eat cooked eggs (I personally find them really filling vs the calories they provide), same with cereal. Drinking egg whites doesn't fill you up much in contrast, or eating rice or pasta for Carbs, maybe cut out the vegetables too (they're healthy but if you're trying to increase calories and don't have room in your belly I think you need to pick what's more important to you), or replace veggies for mangos/bananas which are alsp healthy but more calorie dense, also why only one scoop of syntha 6 in your shake?
 
Why white rice? Isn't brown pasta/rice better than white? That's the impression I was under

I find that brown rice is really bad for indigestion and if you have an active job like a trade things like white rice are perfect for lunch and after work.

Brown rice does have more fiber and does digest more slowly , but....I find it a hassle to cook .Doesnt taste as good as white and doesnt go with other foods as well as white rice . I still use other rices besides white , just not as much . White rice rules (billions of Asians cant be wrong ;))
