Some places do and I agree, some ppl preach like you'll die within 5yrs which is ridiculous. We both agree there. My point is, not all do this and those get thrown together with extremists. Look, simple cycles here and there while not the healthiest choice isn't going to kill you or ruin your quality of life 10yrs later. But running 5g of gear a week with T3, slin, and GH for year after year is going to give you some health problems down the road. I think we can both agree on that and that there is a middle ground between the extrmees

Huck, not to get in the middle of this, but come on man.... You know tren, for example, cannot be GOOD for you. It may have SOME positive effects... Long term, the negative sides will certainly outweigh the positives.

no one can handle Tren long term to say they got side effect from Tren, so Tren should be a non-mention ;)

What about the increase in RBC from EQ? That's not particularly good....


no one does Tren long term. EQ isn't giving you hypertension, EQ is raising your RBC and in turn that increases your BP, cause you have more blood. I love both of those AAS and I'll run both long term, cause I'm a Demi God ;) lol

Different strokes. But you can't rightfully claim they are healthy!

Now, if you know the risks, by all means go for it. It's not a great idea to propagate the idea these are HEALTHY additions, thought.

I'll still claim they are healthy. I've not seen any evidence to suggest AAS are the cause of any serious health risks. your comparing AAS to cigarettes? everyone knows the risks when you start smoking.

I figured being over 300lbs with hormone levels completely in the gutter far more dangerous, and i experienced more negative health issues.
What the OP is running is far from dangerous. Im with huck on the clen for sure but calling a dose like this dangerous is silly.
Said like a champ I dropped 40 lbs in my first 3 months on cycle I then came off and I've lost the rest naturally but the short cycle helped a bunch. It helped build some muscle so I could get off my ass. The 100 pounds of extra fat was way worse than anything juice has done to me.

I will say this... whether it is the 250mg a week, the cleaner foods, the lack of alcohol, or a combination of the three, I feel better, aside from this shitty cold, than I ever remember feeling. I'm stronger than I've been in a few years, my determination and drive is back like When I was 20.... so is my sex drive.... always been a horny bastard, but now I'm actually performing like my old self. Confidence is up, life feels renewed..... coming from where I've been in recent years, I'd gladly take a couple "negatives" to have my quality of life raised by leaps and bounds, over a depressed, exhausted drawn out extended life. Should be getting my blood tested today, so we will see if everything else is good :)

Without a doubt it makes you feel so much better. I dropped 100lbs then started anti aging HRT. since then I added back 15lbs of muscle. I see the difference in how I interact with people. I don't hesitate to strike up conversations, more competitive with my business and now have an alpha dog mentality. When you are stronger, look better and clothes fit right you feel better about yourself. When you put in the effort to make gains in the gym it becomes second nature to make gains in every aspect of your life. Good enough is no longer good enough.

Wow Rocco very uplifting story I know these feelings. I haven't Recycled yet to add muscle did you have excess skin issues ?
 
No skin issues at all. I had never gotten stretch marks so I must have good skin. My 29yo son lost 70lbs and he had stretch marks from when he gained and has some loose skin now. I don't think my skin is not tight enough that a six pack will show but I am trying

That's lucky. I've got stretch marks out the ass. All over my back and bis from blowing up lifting the first time. And hips abs and ass from getting fat. My skin sucks, it'll throw stretch marks at nothing. Having to lotion up every day now in the hopes of avoiding them this round.

Thankfully no issues with it being loose though. Figure the stretch marks won't be as noticeable when I've got the abs going again. Getting a decent tan on helps too.
