How many sprays are you guys using of that stuff? IveIbeen doing two, cantc say I have noticed any difference at all

Two sprays would be equal to maybe 40-80mg depending on which company you chose. This won’t do much really.

I take 600mg pretty much m-f

Each spray of the brand I buy is 20mg per spray. So I use roughly 600mg nightly before bed time. Cost of the bottle is around 11$ so is fairly cheap for how long it last.

Chapter 1: Cruisin on Carnage

Super excited to begin this 7 day a week program tomorrow! Today is the final day of a full week off from the gym, my first in over 6 months, and I’m out of my fucking mind.

NOT excited about starting my 12 week cruise tomorrow as well, but it must be done. Reading ahead into this program, surely there will be times I battle the urge to blast off early. But that’s a point of doing this while cruising, we’ve always got to be challenging ourselves and our minds.

What’s worked for me thus far when coming down from a blast is decreasing volume while increasing frequency. Take legs for example, my previous split I was up to 30 sets per leg workout, which was every 4 days. This program will hit legs initially for 15 sets every 3 days. Looking ahead though, the sets get extremely intense. Supersets of heavy leg press with 40 rep drop sets of Bulgarian split squats with 3x 20 second isoholds. This before heading to the squat rack. That’s in week 4.

Fuck man I’ve got to do another run with this program in the near future while blasting! I would dream of a 3” increase in my thighs in a mere 3 months ha. But for now, it’s Cruisin on Carnage.

Love those Bulgarian drop sets. There’s a couple of them exactly like this one in a few of the workout in Gamma Bomb so far. Completely fucked my glutes. Never been sore like they were after the first workout I did with the 40 rep Bulgarian drop set with an 8sec iso hold at the end of each drop. So nasty.

I’m interested to see where it hurts most tomorrow. I just got back in school a couple weeks ago and had a 2 hour lecture shortly after the workout. When it was over, the struggle to get up out of my seat was mighty!

Thanks my man, lower back felt solid today and I fully credit that to taking a week off. Looking ahead in this program, leg sessions get ridiculously brutal so I have recently invested in a belt just in case the lower back feels overworked at some point.

I’m not accustomed to doing chest and shoulders on the same day, the delt pump is insane. Like I was stung by bees in each shoulder. I went a little too light on the drop set. No doubt from yesterday’s Bulgarian split squat drop set scaring the fuck out of me today ha.

I’m a huge fan of barbell overhead press, I hate not including it on shoulder days. But I figure it best to follow the program as closely as possible. I elected to go with a neutral grip since it can’t be done with a barbell.

Rotator Cuff Warm Up

I always begin chest and shoulder work with lightweight cable rotators to ensure blood is flowing to the rotator cuffs. It would be wise for you young’ns to get in the habit of this now. You do not want a rotator cuff tear I assure you. Happens to lots of guys my age. Hell I’ve seen it happen just from throwing a baseball with their son in the backyard. Didn’t warm up, first throw and rip.

A few sets of rotators, maybe some pushups, whatever you can do to warm your shoulders up before the working sets will benefit you greatly.

Of course, there was a discussion a couple months ago in SP’s thread about the benefits of supplemental magnesium. What caught my eye were the claims it helps with tren sides such as oily skin, acne, night sweats and insomnia. It was also recommended to go with a spray as the most efficient way for the body to absorb it.

I’ve been using it nightly for 6 weeks or so and it helps me get to sleep faster. The prescription trazodone I take helps me stay asleep but the magnesium knocks me out hard in 20-30min or so. Definitely helps with oily skin and acne. Any type of gear I run above a therapeutic dosage, my skin gets very oily.

Didn’t notice a change with night sweats, still had plenty of that during my last few weeks of a tren run.
 
Hmm, where are you finding the spray, Amazon? I take ZMA pre bed, and like it a lot... I'd be interested to give this a try.
