Of course, there was a discussion a couple months ago in SP’s thread about the benefits of supplemental magnesium. What caught my eye were the claims it helps with tren sides such as oily skin, acne, night sweats and insomnia. It was also recommended to go with a spray as the most efficient way for the body to absorb it.

I’ve been using it nightly for 6 weeks or so and it helps me get to sleep faster. The prescription trazodone I take helps me stay asleep but the magnesium knocks me out hard in 20-30min or so. Definitely helps with oily skin and acne. Any type of gear I run above a therapeutic dosage, my skin gets very oily.

Didn’t notice a change with night sweats, still had plenty of that during my last few weeks of a tren run.
Trazadone seems to have the adverse effect on me. I must miss the time window or something because I feel like when I’ve used it in the past and was up more than 25-30min after taking the dose I had. Avery difficult time falling asleep.

Got my doc to prescribe me seroquel and that literally makes tren insomnia nonexistent. 100mg 20min before I wanna go to bed and that’s all she wrote. Not groggy in the morning either. No like “hangover” effect. 100mg is the sweet spot for me haha

Interesting how sleep meds, chemical or herbal, range in effectiveness for each person. Trazodone works well for me, but I have talked to many people who disagree. It’s not nearly as strong as seroquel though. Man I took that for awhile last year, by far hands down the best sleep med I’ve ever tried holy fuck! Problem for me is my tolerance crept up and before long I couldn’t sleep without 200mg. At those doses, seroquel can causes lethargy and slowed metabolism. I was also getting happy feet so I’d be super tired but that shit would keep me awake for awhile. Crazy o_O

Thanks man! That was maybe the 5th time I’ve ever done them, and I think I’m finally getting the form down. Finally got my hip set and leg straight on the pulling side, now getting a much better stretch and squeeze.
 
Training Partner Recruited

Today contained a home run moment in my journey as my trainer from the past 2 years has agreed to be my training partner. For 4 months or so I’ve tried to get him on board with this. That’s gotta be kind of a mindfuck for a trainer to get paid to train someone, then make the transition to training with them daily for free. After I was no longer able to afford his services 8 months or so ago, we worked out together occasionally and remained good friends. This no doubt was the catalyst to make it happen.

To this guy goes so much credit. He taught me how to really go hard, and then go harder. He made me believe that when your mind fails, your body has 15% more in the tank. Perhaps the biggest asset he brings to the table is the coaches’ mindset. Once a college football player and now also a baseball coach, his ability to push to new levels is awesome. I feel extremely fortunate to once again have him in my corner, only this time as a training partner.

I know the way he does them in the video his feet are staggered. Give it a shot sometime but I keep my feet squared when I do them. Same with single Arm Barbell Rows. Takes all the momentum out of my legs and leaves me forced to only use my back and arm. Plus I use versa gripps which are amazing for training back

Excellent thank you, I will definitely try squaring up my feet for those on Saturday. Single arm barbell rows are the featured row in next week’s back sessions.

Frog juice

So I know I’m supposed to be cruising right now, but I had to get in on the frog juice frenzy that’s been going on lately in the neighborhood. I picked it up for use in a few months, but I just had to have a little taste. Just a wee little 1mL dabbity-dab for preworkout. It is highly effective but I pinned too early at 45min pre. Driving home I felt it still kicking in ha. Just need to make sure I’m not overly aggressive in class today!

Great session with slight move ups despite my quads still being tight from Monday’s session. In the middle of my Bulgarian SS’s I rested too much by talking to a gym regular for 6 minutes or so. But he competes so when he talks, I listen! I crushed the murderous 40 rep BSS drop set. Well it crushed me, but I got all the reps and isoholds this time.

I was just talking about frog juice yesterday with my boy. Let me know how you like it. What exactly is in it? I feel like there’s a few different variations of it out there..?

50mg TNE, 50mg TrNE, 25mg dbol, 25mg anadrol. I like it! It helped power me through legs today. After the session I had that feel good surge still happening and wished I’d have taken it 1.5 - 2 hrs pre, but I’m a fan.

Not sure how often I’ll use it though. My blasts are designed to stay ahead of myostatin increases and I wonder if this would raise it faster and further slow gains during my final weeks on moderate test, high tren.

Only other variation I’ve heard of is god’s piss, but I’m not sure what was in that.

Pog was not all that! I received crashed gear multiple times and he actually never sent me the rest of my order changed emails and went private. Lol, fuck him!!

Now 24k was legit and went out like a true business man!

Oh ok I’ve used TnE/Trne before it was ok.
I’m not a proponent of only using methy’s once or twice a week. I prefer to use them ed and multiple times a day to achieve consistent blood saturation levels. The sides might be worst be the results are undoubtedly better. I bet 50mg of TREST Ace would shit on this frog juice as a pre workout.

Many thanks my brother. We’ll see if I can make it the full 12 weeks on cruise. I feel like I’m already talking myself into blasting in 8 weeks but gotta try to stick with the plan!

No you definitely got this man, that’s not that long. I’m inspired by your leg workouts.
I jacked my back up real bad about 8 years ago. I was jumping a gap snowboarding and came up short and compressed my lower lumbar. Ha, I also blew my knee out having sex and never had it repaired because I didn’t have insurance. Bottom line me kness and back are fucked I can’t go too heavy on squats and dead’s. So makes me jealous!
