Low position almost floor same routine but usually only got twelve reps

Did some curls and pull downs in between other sets just to get a good pump and keep the blood flowing. No cardio tonight, as I was pushed for time.
Found out tonight that the scale I have been keeping tabs on my weight with is reading nine pounds light. So for all my posted weights until now add nine pounds. My official weight post work out tonight was 216. The trainer that was to do my bf work up tonight ended up a no show, so no official numbers for that yet.
