I will probably go back to time under tension with 25-30lbs again. Last cycle I did that for a time and my tendonitis eventually went away for a while. The last few sets I did were a little about ego when mystery woman(that's what I will call her for now) was nearby ;)

Yeah I started a thread n rambled on about her a bit lol. Weird thing, my current girl is actually more attractive probably, but damn I'm really drawn to this chic. Dont know why, and should probably ignore it and move on.
 
Well tomorrow is my next measurement day. The trainer that did my BF and other measurements last cycle is going to do it again tomorrow. I'm still carrying a lot of fat around lower abs and obliques, and will be curious what he comes up with. My guess is 12-13%. I can tell by the way my belt is fitting this week, my waist is getting smaller every day it seems.
 
Tren strength is coming on. Tonight was arm night.
10 mins cardio
1 set dB curls 25lbx20
1-35x15 or 18 not sure
3-40x12
2-45x10
Tricep cable pull downs
1-90x can't remember
5-110x15
10 mins cardio
5-45x10 DB curls
One arm pull downs
5-40x12
10 mins cardio
At least 5 more sets of db curls 45lb to failure, and at least five sets of rope pull downs 110 to failure. I didn't count much here because a chic I have hots for was there, so I was busy watching her work out lol.
Last week my db curls were 10lbs lighter, woohoo. I know some are wondering why they are my only bicep work. It's the only thing my tendonitis will allow me to do for biceps right now.
Have you tried hammer curls and cable curls? I've got the same damn thing, inner elbow tendonitis (golfers elbow), but hammers and cable curls are okay on it. I've been taking a TON of ibuprofen and massaging my forearms daily and it seems to be helping some. Sometime I can even get some Ez bar curls and preachers in but that's only about 50% of the time. Good luck and keep working hard.

Cable curls are no go, hammer curls I can get away with, ez bar curls absolutely kill me right now. I couldn't manage a 30lb ez bar curl last night with out terrible pain.

Will get my official stats tonight for BF and such.
Come monday I am taking the diet advice from a helpful member here. I will be changing up my diet to shoot for 2500 cals, 70% of that from good fats, 25% protien, and 5% or less in carbs. Hopefully this diet will take me in to lean beast mode, so I can focus on stacking on lean muscle soon.

Cutting actually, but with hopes I will still add a little clean mass along the way. Once cut is where I feel good with it cals will get adjusted up accordingly. I'm sorta in your boat, just a smaller scale lol. Right now the Tren is kicking in, I'm loosing fat but gaining strength. I want to make the most of this Tren effect, burn a bunch of fat and still add muscle.
 
Then do it. If your doing it properly you should be getting bigger. Know what I mean? Instead of losing weight and thinning out. Tren should enhance the hard work. Keep the muscles firm and allow for proper anabolic activity. That is if you eat the protein which should be the largest portion of your macro count.

I always believed that about the protein, and this doesn't seem right in that aspect. But he seems to know his stuff, so I'm going to give it at least two weeks and see where I am. I'll be getting about 1g per lb of lean weight. That seems low for on cycle, but in the name of science I'll try it.

Found out tonight that the scale I have been keeping tabs on my weight with is reading nine pounds light. So for all my posted weights until now add nine pounds. My official weight post work out tonight was 216. The trainer that was to do my bf work up tonight ended up a no show, so no official numbers for that yet.

I'm looking forward to kicking this new diet off. Will be sitting down one day this weekend and mapping out all my meals for the week. Will post up my plans
