No benefit to training. If anything it leads to you tiring faster.

@iris dont use that shitty ass mywoosh i was doing a ride i was 2:20 hours (i had to do 2:30) i stopped to get a water bottle and i lost the ride and file i even wanted to do 0:30 hours more but i was angry af lol
