I got a calorie counting, Macro app, that keeps up an exercise log. It's pretty cool and it sure beats doing all this stuff on paper like I used to.
Anyway, trying to maintain my current weight at 245 and leaning down more, My caloric intake should be between 3100 and 3300, (depending on which calculator used)
I ate 3400 cals yesterday with a macro break down of 46%pt/42%carbs/12%fat, BUT with my workout and about 5 hours of felling trees and cutting up firewood, my new little app told me I was in a 4900 calorie deficit.
Now that really sucked!
