Day 3
Not a whole lot to log about, as this is my rest day. I woke up pretty sore, so it's been nice letting my body take a break. I might do some abs later, though.
Sleep: I need to get into the habit of going to bed early again. Being on vacation screwed me up and I'm used to staying awake until midnight now, but still end up waking up at 5:30 in the morning, like clockwork no matter how tired I am. It doesn't help that I'm reading here on Meso while I'm supposed to be sleeping.
Sides: My face is a little bit oilier. I don't even bother to use moisturizer anymore, as it feels too greasy if I do. Hair is also oily. I just washed it last night and it already looked flat this morning. Yuck.
Other than that, everything is all good. My appetite has made a return as I have been feeling so hungry all day even though I've been fueling my body.
The only supplements I'm currently taking are fish oil, probiotics, drinking protein shakes, sometimes BCAA's, and a daily multivitamin. Not quite a supplement, but I also look forward to drinking my morning coffee after I wake up. LOVE coffee! I do keep it to a minimum, however.
Can't wait until my next workout. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
