Crystal's 1st Cycle Log. Anavar Only.

Look great! Legs are bad-ass.
Aww, thank you. Means a lot coming from someone with such a bad-ass physique like yourself! My waist is actually quite thick, haha. Working on burning fat and building glutes plus that V-taper to give the illusion of a smaller waist.;)

Its about time we got some bad-ass gals back in here . Great training/goals too

I'm already late for his one and I knew when you were coming back from vacation (creepy I know:p) subd in though, looking great can't imagine how far you can take it starting with that physique

Ha! Better late than never.;)

Thanks so much and glad you're following along. I really hope I get good newbie cycle gainz!

Day 3

Not a whole lot to log about, as this is my rest day. I woke up pretty sore, so it's been nice letting my body take a break. I might do some abs later, though.

Sleep: I need to get into the habit of going to bed early again. Being on vacation screwed me up and I'm used to staying awake until midnight now, but still end up waking up at 5:30 in the morning, like clockwork no matter how tired I am. It doesn't help that I'm reading here on Meso while I'm supposed to be sleeping.

Sides: My face is a little bit oilier. I don't even bother to use moisturizer anymore, as it feels too greasy if I do. Hair is also oily. I just washed it last night and it already looked flat this morning. Yuck.

Other than that, everything is all good. My appetite has made a return as I have been feeling so hungry all day even though I've been fueling my body.

The only supplements I'm currently taking are fish oil, probiotics, drinking protein shakes, sometimes BCAA's, and a daily multivitamin. Not quite a supplement, but I also look forward to drinking my morning coffee after I wake up. LOVE coffee! I do keep it to a minimum, however.

Can't wait until my next workout. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.:)

You're fucking buff! This cycle is gonna blow you up! I'm sure you're gonna get some awesome gains after you're done
Haha, I wish! Thank you so much but I have to admit, I think my legs look bigger in those progress pics than they are in real life. Maybe because it's an up close shot plus I'm hella flexing. Flexed so hard I was hurting, lol!

I hope you're right because I'm holding tight and hoping I get some good gains.

You have a petite figure. See what I did there? Probably not the best choice of words. Who the hell calls a chick buff? You are definitely not from the south or you would know how to talk to a lady. I'm a married man now so I can't say what I really think of Crystal but it's definitely not BUFF.
Bwahaha! Aww, what a gentleman, ha. Just for the record, I didn't take any offense to it. If anything, I felt the need to come clean about how I'm far from buff...but would love to be there one day! Well, maybe buff legs and glutes, but that's as far as it goes.:p

I do want a strong and shredded upper body but don't want to be buff up top, like you guys, haha.

Sorry I just know it's hard for females to post pics. Even when my girl competed if a guy would of called her buff it would of set me off. My first word was Mom and my last will probably be yes ma'am. It's a southern thing ;)

During the time your lady used to compete, did she ever get offended if someone called her buff? Just curious.

I was taken by surprise the first time I went to the south and everyone was calling me ma'am, ha. I kept thinking, "Do they think I look old??" Then I realized it was just that southern politeness.

We live in TX. South TX to be more accurate. Everyone here knows how to talk to women. No one ever called her " buff". Lol. God help them if they would of. Women here are tough. I'm only scared of 3 things. ( God, My mom and my wife)
