posted my diet (outdated by a couple weeks now) a few posts back. But the answer is no.@Mac11wildcat sorry for the stupid question but how do you spread your carbs and fats during the day?
Do you the majority of your carbs around training?
Sorry i just saw the diet you posted back in time.posted my diet (outdated by a couple weeks now) a few posts back. But the answer is no.
I have to eat too much to have that luxury. Fats remain furthest from training (steak and eggs primarily). Carbs are pretty evenly spread with pre/intra/post having more than other meals but not a shit ton.
I simply don’t have the time or resources rigt now to worry about developing something like a YouTube channel. And tbh don’t feel I’m all that interesting, but maybe that second part is just my mentality. Reality is I’m a dad, husband, program manager, and bodybuilder before I’m a social media influencer. Only so much time in a day. Filming and cutting videos is serious time investment.I finally got a chance to read through your log… great job, keep it up @Mac11wildcat
I don’t really follow bodybuilding but look forward to your pro debut updates. Have you considered a video log of your prep on youtube (if you haven’t started already)? I recall you mentioned the busines side of bodybuilding before.
Don’t be impressed. It’s because I spent months spinning wheels. I’ll add some fluff here shortly. But I gotta say the gH is ghing.Staying pretty lean for off season. Impressed, again.
So soon you'll step on the gas I bet.Don’t be impressed. It’s because I spent months spinning wheels. I’ll add some fluff here shortly. But I gotta say the gH is ghing.
Between clean bloodwork
I’m due for an ekg. A bit hard to get a cardiologist without having heart issues, but I can and an due for another ekg.Thank you for sharing.
What type of heart surveillance do you do regularly? Echo yearly? EKGs? Do you have a cardiologist?
Take care and I appreciate your honesty.
I appreciate your reply. Great you are getting regular ekgs and if you can get baseline echo and track over time that would give you even more insight along with you tracking bloodwork. Echo would definitely give you insight into potential diastolic dysfunction, LVH, and any valve concerns.I’m due for an ekg. To date the only issue I’ve had is a consistent vit d deficiency that we handle with supplementation. All other out of bounds bloodwork is mild and cyclic as expected and no issues elsewhere to date. I’m not perfect with my health but I do better than most. But do understand and appreciate your highlighting of those two specific phrases.
I can’t even get followers on Instagram nevermind an entertainment deal lol. I definitely don’t put enough energy in, but people also don’t want that type of material. Social media and even streaming shows are built for quick cheap clickbait entertainment.I read the entire thread. Fascinating and I picked up a lot (training, diet, pre show, gear, blood work). Extremely interesting and I think very valuable to the site and everyone on it really interested in harm reduction. So thank you and congrats on your successes (And wishing you many more).
It read like a documentary on Netflix but with a plot line and dramatic license (eg the alpinist or the F1 thing)). With your intelligence, competitive drive, technical work success and family life i think you could pursue some kind of deal with Netflix or Amazon if you were interested in that.
anyway, I just wanted to chime in with a thank you and an attaboy and to request your continued posting to let you know it’s appreciated.
You look incredible!Macros are ~400/800/120
