Yep. I love my tren. Appears no matter which cycle concept I choose I’m guna flood my wife out of bed.

Off topic: got out of work today and crashed. No energy, headache, general fatigue. I’m in a cushy office but 28hrs in 2 days on top of training and my kid with some real shitty sleep the last two nights caught up to me. So off day it is.

Back at it tomorrow.

So you had a leg injury. How do you train around it?

I’m having shoulder/upper Pec issues and the only way for me to let it rest is by doing no chest, shoulders, and even arms aggravates it. But it really messes with me mentally to take off for a couple weeks to let it heal. I think about if I waste all that down time and the area is still giving me issues. So just trying to get advice from someone dealing with injury.

Man shoulders are TOUGH.

Do you know what the injury is?

My injury before joining MESO was an SI strain from deadlifting and I went to a chiro/therapist specializing in athletes like every other day for 2 weeks. My recent injury was a groin pull on legpress. I stayed away from legs for a week and then eased back in to non-stability requiring movements. Slowly got it moving and engaged again and am still being cautious. I could absolutely be more proactive in warmups and be doing more for my current injury.

But that’s worlds easier than a shoulder issue. If you can, get to a specialist/PT to get it diagnosed. Shoulders can be nagging injuries that turn chronic.

I got a new job so I’ll be getting it checked out in a couple weeks when insurance kicks in. I’m pretty sure it’s connective tissue. Had ligament reconstructive surgery years ago and started feeling this aggravation at the end of my last cycle running winstrol at 80mg w/ crashed E2.

Been tracking sleep on apple’s app and last night, both due to how I felt and being sick of not sleeping through the night took 50mg of trazadone and some NyQuil (for being sick).

Here are two sleep logs, one from earlier this week and one from last night. Wife also said I made no noise (snoring) and from the looks of it and what I remember, up once to pee.

Going to try the trazadone again tonight without NyQuil. If it has the same result I think it’s time to talk to my doctor about a solution. Sleep isn’t only impacting my training but my mood and concentration at work. Assume it’s a combination of the gear, stress, and not being able to “turn off” at night.

Speaking of snoring, my girl for about the past year has had to sleep in another room because I snore so bad, she said it got real bad once I got to 215, and the past month I've woken up she's still in bed!! I asked her what's up she said I'm hardly snoring anymore, Ive been 225-230 for around 6months now

I wonder if I've just adjusted or what?

So, 3 weeks in and here’s what’s up. I didn’t wait for 4 weeks because I will be overseas for vacation and expect that to be maintaining at best though I have ID’d a nice gym, plan to all-you-can-eat ass off, and soak up some sun.

First thing AM weight is up 3-4lbs, and as a rough estimate from photos I’d say recomp has accounted for around 2-3lbs so far. That would be a net of somewhere between 5-7lbs if my estimations and mirror aren’t lying. By no means drastic. Definitey a bit light for the oral+NPP, but it’s not shit weight. Have never been this lean or this heavy in offseason. I wouldn’t complain about adding weight faster, but I get the other side of the coin and shred easy.

Strength is good but not insane. Pumps are getting painful at times.

First photo is cycle -1 week (upside down smiley), other 3 are last couple days.

Happy so far. Trying my best to add more carbs wherever possible. Eating is definitey a challenge at the moment. Thanks for following along so far guys.

I'd be pleased with the bicep/front delt tie in right here. Looking good and like mature muscle!

Decided to make use of the 1.5” harpoons I was sent by mistake. Cutting down the caps turning it to a .75” 25g. The 1.5” 20s they sent are fill pins now.

Also, decided I have better ways to spend money than expensive carb soups right now. So Gatorade it is. Start sipping roughly 15mins in to workout.
Grape juice is a good alternative, too. I use it a ton. I do 50/50 grape juice (or pineapple) and gatorade.

Random: Local radio played Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi tonight; my dad used to blast it through our home speaker system and rattle shit off my shelf. Had a good man cry in the car. Good to go.

It looks like week 3 is the magic one. Makes sense with the majority of nandrolone being decoanate and the orals being smaller doses. Note this is at the gym weight. Actual weight is lower but the delta at that 211.x would be 5ish lbs + recomp. IMO mirror shows almost 10.

Also, I was NEVER a believer in frequent lifting belt use. I got one after my SI injury a few months ago. Have been wearing it every day and I don’t know....I didn’t take measurements, but my waist has never looked this small on so much food.

Back from paradise boys. Sorry for the hiatus.

Will get back to daily training logs today.

In the meantime, vacation was amazing and I managed to stay mostly on track (enjoyed some booze but kept cals up and trained 4 of 7 days down there).

If you guys are looking for extra cals and can’t stomach any more food I highly recommend Lean Gainer by RivalUs. I brought a 10lb bag, used about half of it in the week (2-3x a day to make sure I didn’t whither away).

Body weight this AM was 203.x but that should all be water weight lost.

Chest:
Activation - Pec Deck (1arm) 2x10 slow reps with a squeeze at the top to get the connection going

1. Low Incline (15deg) DB Press 5x12-15

2. Pec Deck - 5x10-12

3. Incline Smith (bar to just below clavicle) - 4x10-12

4. Cable Flye - 3x8-12

5. Wide HS Press - 4x10-12

6. Tricep Rope Extension - 5x12-15

7. Calf Press - 7x10-15

Not looking half bad for a missed pin, being away from my home gym, and not having whole food for every meal.

Next photo update will be in a few weeks and hopefully at an AM 210. We shall see.

Now that all my pinning sites are a week fresh I’m running a little experiment with Pristine to see what’s causing some of the insane pip im seeing. Pinned my sust (not his), NPP, and Deca at 3 different sites today (1cc each). He’s already agreed to sub my NPP with a different carrier at a lower dose to see if it helps which is amazing customer service. If that doesn’t help, NPP will be gone and Deca and Sust only (assuming NPP was the culprit). May be tempted to toss some DHB in NPPs place. We’ll see.

Where did you go Mac?

I’m headed to the Caribbean in December. It’s all inclusive and I’ve been scoping the sushi bar and buffet set ups.

I’ll likely train some too if the gym decent...

Aruba. Stayed at the Divi and trained at Bodytech. Great gym. Food was also great; fresh grilled tenderloin, tuna, and grouper with tons of rice all week. It was pretty close to perfect for bodybuilding lol.
