Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Got a “massage” yesterday. More brutal tissue release and intense cupping than massage though. 90m of absolute excruciating pain. But the difference in the mirror this morning is nuts.

I haven’t commented much on prep itself. Overall it’s been a breeze so far. I hve never lost weight day over day like this. 197.6 this morning. Still over 4500 cals (food just went up a bit, I’ll calculate later). I’ll be a LHW for the qualifier but I think we’re guna be concocting a 10-12lb weight drop in the last few days and come in as a MW to nationals.

Excuse the mess. Wife’s away for the weekend and I enjoyed not keeping shit in order. Clean up before she gets back today lol.

Food is the key.

We’ve cut between 1500-2000 cals and added between 180-210 minutes of since we started 7-8 weeks ago. Only reason 4500 are left is because I was at 6500 to start.
 
Chest/abs/calves

Abs:
1. Kings Chair - 2x12-15
2. Crunch Machine - 4x8-15

Chest:
Warmup/activation: Pec Deck - 2x25
1. Hammer Strength Incline Press - 3x12-15, 2xFailure at 4-8 reps
2. Cable Flyes (high to low) - 4x8-12
3. Flat Barbell Bench - 2x12–15, 1xFailure at 8-10 reps, 1xFailure at same weight into a double drop
4. Cable Flyes (bent over with body parallel to ground) - 5x12-15

Arms every day:
1. DB Curl SS Dips (also a nice chest finisher) - 3x15
2. Plate Loaded Preacher Curl SS EZ Bar Cable Pushdowns - 3x15

Calves:
1. Straight Leg Calf Raises - 4x12-15
2. Seated Calf Raises - 3x12-15

35m Stairs

Straight to a doctors appointment after for a physical with my new AAS friendly doc. Bloodwork attached.

BP: 130/80
Highlights of the bloodwork are my glucose which was 83 (gH being controlled by berberine and timing), liver values have slightly healed but aren’t crazy elevated so he isn’t concerned. BUN/creatinine are perfect. RBC and hematocrit perfect after donating. Lipids hadnt come back yet.

D3 showed a mild deficiency so he’s setting me up to get that remedied.

Locked and loaded for nationals prep with some pretty clean bloodwork!

Forgot to update you guys on diet.

Back to 5k cals as of sunday. 541/375/150ish. Still dropping weight like a mofo.

Cardio at 35mx6 a week.
 
You can get 2000 IU gummies of D3 for like 9 bucks for 150 at Walmart. One or 2 a day plus drinking more milk (if you can tolerate it) should help you get your D3 intake back in range fairly quickly.

He tossed me on prescription 50kiu once a week for 8 weeks. Just have to go get the script. Wants me up in the 80s (currently at 29).

That'll work well. For maintenance after that shock treatment 2K IU's a day should be good enough, but your doc can tell you how much you'd need for maintenance. I had the same situation but with D3 at 40, and the 50K IU's brought my level up to 91.

Yeah he said just some OTC like you mentioned once were in the upper normal range.
I’m certain during summer months I’m A-OK. Tan as a MF, all weekend in the sun and eating a fuck ton. During the winter I’m outside for maybe 5mins a day.

Arms every day:
1. Rope Pushdowns SS EZBar Cable Curls - 5x12-15

Took legs a bit easier today aside from the squat set. Only just had that massage which corrected some serious imbalances in my lower half (right leg as .5” shorter than left, after a painful Psoas release, back to even) so didn’t want to push it. Still productive, just not as crazy as usual.

Gear is still:
750 Cyp
600 EQ
350 Tren

Winny and Mast are coming in to play soon. Not going nuts for the qualifier though. Saving the heavy stuff for Nats.

Still taking it easy on shoulders as far as volume goes as they overshadow my chest significantly. Added chest here because it was rested enough to go.

No arms yesterday as today is my full arm day.

For sure and that is the part of my year that lacks. I cannot seem to dial in my conditioning properly. So I am very intersted in watching yours.

Roughly yes. The 8 in the middle was really 6ish unfortunately. But only down to a cruise so no crazy roller coaster of hormones. Offseason was 16ish, but gH started 6 weeks before that I think
 
BTW, how do/did you manage to fast for your bw with that food schedule? lol
