Well, D-N-P arrived safely at mi casa tonight, so I'll be starting tomorrow. I've read other DNP diaries, and they seemed insightful, so what the hell.....

my situation....been lifting and gearin for ten years...got divorced last year.....my body went to hell in a freight train. I gained 50 lbs. I started lifting 2 months ago, hittin the tread seven days a week for 45 - 60 min. Hopefully the magic yellow powder will give me a jump on the weight loss.

I'll do a daily entry to chart my progress.

Any insight or encouragement would be greatly welcomed. You can even throw in a smartass comment or two. I just can't wait to slide into my yellow polka dotted g-string and feel beautiful again ;) .
 
Good luck, and keep us informed! I've been very happy with Heretic's magic Gen II caps.

All I can say is don't be too eager to ramp up on the dosage. The stuff takes at least 3 days to reach maximum concentration in your body. So 2-3 days at 200 before you jump to 400 and a good 3 days at 400 before going any further would be wise.

Personally, I can't imagine wanting to go more than 400mg/day, unless I lived in Antarctica. Sometimes, even 400/day is a bit difficult in social situations.
 
Well, after reading all of the info, I have developed a healthy respect for the stuff. Not looking to up the dosage too soon. I am a little nervous about taking it while working, but I guess I need to sacrifice. I am often in the public eye, so I don't really look forward to looking like a SARS patient.

Question.....since I have a higher BF%, will it work better?. Ya know how when overweight peeps, I mean real fatasses diet strictly they seem to lose faster than a guy with a low %?

Just wondering. I am really looking forward to this stuff so I can see the results of a cycle, without the BF.
 
When is the best time to take it? I work out right after waking (5am). Should I take it prior to workout or post workout? I have the chronic Mt. Vesuvius coming out of my ass anyways, I don't want to make it worse.

didnt lift or workout much while on it

yes 600mg was amazingly hot and the last 3 days i felt like shit and most likely i will never do it again:)

Everyone's saying that H's shit is the shit.

What has everyone lost?? I'm really excited(For now) about taking it, and just wondering what to expect (fat loss wise) I know to expect HEAT at a hellish level
 
I'm OK on 400mg. Not hellish, if I take things NICE and SLOW. But under any kind of significant exertion, I'll start sweating up a storm. But I don't feel like I want to die, and I sleep at night just fine. I do keep a couple of ice packs in the freezer for when I over-do it and want to stop the sweating. Of course, I've never taken this stuff during the summer....and I imagine 600mg would be hellish.

I'll typically do 2x200 followed by 6x400 followed by 2x200. I'll drop 6-8 pounds during the 10 days and the several days following. You will keep losing weight for several days after you stop taking it. And you might not lose any weight for several days into the cycle. I imagine you'd drop more if you did DNP and diet and exercise all at the same time.

Avoid high carb foods at all cost. You'll sweat like a pig. Alcohol is a big no-no. Your head will hurt like all get-out. Plus, it'll dehydrate you even more.
 
Yeah I've seen many a DNP'er get flamed for saying they drank while on it. I'm not a drinker, so that won't be a problem.

I appreciate the advice more than you will now, and I'll keep the meso boys updated. I'm not looking forward to the yellow sheets, well, I'm not looking forward to explaining the yellow sheets to the old lady.

I do plan on lifting with light cardio, but that might change after a couple days :D

5:00 a.m. - 2oo mgs. down the hatch. Skipped workout cuz Meso bros scared me. I'm wanting to see how my body will react to the first 200 mgs before I even think about cardio.

gen II is a go.

I also wonder if people use DNP with Growth or gear? In many of the threads I see people saying it's a waste? I would think it spares some muscle though?

Any experienced bros with DNP + gear or growth?

I'm starting my first DNP run soon. I think I have everything down but this.

yes gen ii is the 2nd generation of dnp caps

personally i would not take it while on anything else
first three or four days possibly more or possibly less youl lbe able to work out
after that...forget about it

i was so tired and fatigued i did not even want to think about working out:)
 
i've taken with gear(400mg primo ew) and am curently running it now on gear(600mg eq, 500mg enanate ew) only my second day at 200mg. from my experience with it 400mg ed is the most i can deal with. at night i just can't get a good nights sleep due to the excessive sweeting. oddly though with enough caffine/ephedrine my workouts dont' really suffer too much as far as intensity goes. i can even muster a good 20-30 mins cardio after work outs(nothing insane though just enough to keep the pedles on the bike moving).
 
I've used it both on and off gear, it doesn't matter too much as far as your fat loss goes. DNP is protein sparing, so I don't think it's necessary to use AAS while on it, but if you are overly concerned about it then it's no problem, even 10mg of dbol ED should do the trick. The thing is that your body has such a high metabolic rate that you can't expect it to build too much muscle while on. Also, the DNP will scavenge the glycogen stores in your muscles, which means your workouts will be less intense. DNP is the sort of thing where you put everything else on hold and focus on getting that fat off as quickly (and comfortably) as possible, and then move on to your next goal or what you were doing before. I'd say the best time to use it would be right before or right after a cycle (or both), unless you are on year-round or do cycles of three months or more.

Captains Log Day 1 Entry 2

Today went by without a hitch. 200 millys early this morning. I felt a hot flash every now and then, maybe it was my mind playin with me, but it certainly wasn't uncomfortable. Forseeable problem #1 --- without getting too far into it...I wear, let's call it, anti gunshot protective wear at work. That, just by itself gets unbearable at times, and really traps the body heat. Will that be dangerous? I can skim by a week at a time not wearing it if I have to. I want to be as safe as possible while using the magic yellow stuff.

Any suggestions, comments?

Tomorrow will be the same....200 millys early in the morning. I'll let you know tomorrow how the sleep was.

don't do 600mg of H's shit.... I felt like I was dieing

400mg is manageable for a few days 5-7

make sure you drink plenty of water!!! AND keep working out, just lower the intensity!

What were your final results???

BTW is the water bloat noticeable to others? Ya know how the guy at the gym on his first cycle of A-Bombs walks in and everyone asks him if he feels ok? Like, is it that noticeable? (Sorry, didn't mean to sound like a valley girl)

i really would like to know other peoples results.
 
BTW I'm 290 right now, after my year long hiatus and bakery binge. From what I've read, side effects have alot to do with total BW
