Please find a trusted person and speak to them, we don’t need to lose any more people in the community. Don’t ignore this, also I’m not sure what you are on but certain compounds can increase these already developed feelings. Take care, and please find someone to talk to, it’s worth a shot.

Take care of yourself, take time off this if needed and come back when you’re in a better place, reach out to family or friends, failing that find shit you enjoy outside of this, everything passes
