Your last sentence is pretty ignorant!! As long as one doesn't hit a person in he face there will likely be no visible evidence to the public. We oft think of getting "beat up" by black eyes, fat lips, broken noses, facial abrasions, etc. One could easily hace the shit beaten out of them without "facial evidence."

You mean to tell me that she claims that he shoved both of his thumbs down her throat at the same time THERE DIFFERENT TIMES and he yet didn't cause any visable damage to her face? Do you know what kind of force he would have put on her face to do that? And if what he says is true, that the pictures of him right after the incident show no scratch or claw marks, then she is most likely lying because she would have done anything to try and get out of that position. The first thing she would have done would be claw at his neck and face.
