Your last sentence is pretty ignorant!! As long as one doesn't hit a person in he face there will likely be no visible evidence to the public. We oft think of getting "beat up" by black eyes, fat lips, broken noses, facial abrasions, etc. One could easily hace the shit beaten out of them without "facial evidence."

You mean to tell me that she claims that he shoved both of his thumbs down her throat at the same time THERE DIFFERENT TIMES and he yet didn't cause any visable damage to her face? Do you know what kind of force he would have put on her face to do that? And if what he says is true, that the pictures of him right after the incident show no scratch or claw marks, then she is most likely lying because she would have done anything to try and get out of that position. The first thing she would have done would be claw at his neck and face.

I'm not sure sure. We shall see. I have seen nearly the same thing happen to a friend of mine, except it was the other way around. She was arrested when it was his doing and he called the police. I can see this being the same way. If a 220 pound man beat a 110 pound woman I highly doubt she would have looked as good as she did in those photos.

Unlike you, I will wait until I hear the rest of the audio and still photo evidence to come to any kind of conclusion. Because anyone who makes judgment without all the evidence is nothing more than a fool.

Absence of evidence is proof of innocence....that's how it works. There has not been enough of the evidence presented at this time to pass judgment. We have not yet seen all of the evidence, and that is the problem. So far, I have not seen enough to say either way, which means that there is reasonable doubt. Once I see all the evidence I will come to a conclusion, but not before then.

Just because he was convicted doesn't mean that he got a fair trial. Maybe he did, but maybe he didn't, and I can't make that judgment until I see all of the evidence.

For someone who claims to have been screwed over by the legal system I would have expected you to be a little more patient in the presentation of the evidence. I guess your personal issues with Dr. Crisler are more important than waiting it out and learning the truth of the situation as the evidence unfolds.

I'm wondering why we need to give Crisler the benefit of the doubt more so than any other convicted criminal.

Regardless of the outcome of the appeal he's taking a major LOSS with his nutso ramblings and the asinine decision to voluntarily air out his dirty laundry on a public forum.

Nobody would've heard about any of this foolishness had Crisler not launched this brilliant PR campaign. In his deranged mind I think he genuinely felt that men across the internets would rally around him and support his righteous cause.

To play devil's advocate there have been hundreds of cases of wrongful convictions in North America. These people rot away in prison for things such as murder and it wasn't until recently with DNA evidence that some of these cases were thrown out and people were released after spending 10, 15, 20 years in prison.

I dont think Crisler is the victim in this specific case but courts have fucked up in the past.

This is exactly why egotistical narcissistic people eventually fuck up in life. They believe they are the centre of the universe SO STRONGLY that they are above the law and rules and they operate with impudence and impunity and take no responsibility for their actions. It happens in politics, business, and other professions involving "power" like celebrities, athletes.

I'm not guarding anyone. I know a few people who have been screwed over in the court system so I can see his story as being plausible. I'm simply giving him the benefit of the doubt until I see all of the evidence he claims to have.
