I was informed several years ago that he frequented steroid discussion boards years ago and was banned from all (or at least a lot of them). If I dig deep enough in my emails I might be able to come up with at least one of his "handles" or forum names.
Anyone have this info??

Is the woman they mention in the article the one he was convicted for beating? The guy really sounds like an arse. That said, anypone that chooses to go to him for lipo rather than a board certified plastic surgeon is going to get whats coming to them. His qualifications are "30 procedures". It is amazing what they allow in the medical profession... Just further proof that you should question everything.

If your post shows that a Ginther hearing was actually granted for Dr. Douche, wow, that is significant in and of itself....really.
However, the bar for ineffective assistance of counsel is a pretty high bar - most fuckups are attributed to "trial strategy" and are not subject to the ineffective test.

From my reading, it is relatively easy to get a Ginther hearing. I agree it will be DENIED. That was one of the reasons I asked earlier on if he testified. He did NOT. His apparent reason is some sort of conspiracy.

Why in Gods name would some one of respectable or some what respectable caliber (according to some) want to air out their dirty laundry for the world to see? If every thing goes great fantastic..More power to you. If things go sour don't you think the medical community is not watching this as well as members from AMA? If things do not work out as planned for what ever reason, one could imagine how this would impact first impression on one's peers.

You would have to be out of your mind to let the hack anywhere near you for body scultping. If he does it on an out-patient basis you are risking serious infection. His office and exam room was filthy dirty when I was there.

At this point I can just say what happened yesterday was so completely bizarre I am going to have to think carefully about what to report on it.
In the meantime, I can tell you the 55th District Court (by the actions of two Judges) and the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office have now proven well beyond any doubt their sole purpose now is to protect Court-Appointed attorney Stacia Buchanan--and are willing to ridiculously violate the civil rights of an innocent citizen in doing so. He didn't even want to speak her name during the first (joke of a) "hearing" we had 3 weeks ago.
These people could not care less about the United States Constitution, the rules of evidence, or simple justice. There is no point in mincing words anymore--there is no doubt how this second Judge is going to rule.
But I will not quit. Ever. And I will make sure the entire world knows what these people are doing to me--every detail.

I am, at this time, in a bit of a lock-down with respect to presenting the actual evidence in this case. In short, this case is going to be played out in an American court room, NOT on the Internet. We need the element of surprise in that arena.
So, for now, with respect to the ACTUAL evidence in this case--not the fabrications of the Accuser, the MTPD and the Prosecutor, but the ACTUAL black-and-white evidence--does anyone REALLY think I would be going through all this if I didn't have all of it, and know it proves the only injuries that woman suffered that night were completely of her own making?
IF I'd had a fair trial, there is no way I would have been convicted. All available evidence proves what I have been saying all along. And THAT is why the Ingham Co. Prosecutors Office and the 55th District Court are doing everything they can to block my Appeal.
I can just tell you I CAN'T Wait to show what a rotten drunken psycho Debby Buck-DeJonge is, and how absolutely corrupt the MTPD officers involved in this case are. There, I said it; and I certainly have that coming.
Does a man who has committed a heinous crime (as Domestic Violence surely is) calmly fall immediately asleep afterward? The warmly invite the police into his home? Then calmly and rationally describe to them what happened?
Does a man who is actually guilty choose to publish the story all over the world?
