Sent an email months ago to order and still no reply . Been a customer for years
So ... having some time I said to investigate a little.
Your email was received. Your order was accepted. Invoice was sent! In the first week of April - close to end of the first week (dont want to give specific dates). Invoice was after that canceled for not being paid for over 10 days. So, your tone was rude for nothing. You have been a customer for years and always got discounts and promos and products shipped before payment being made. Dont do this with me. Neither the place nor the person. Ok? Thank you. No pun intented.
