Email order arrived to Midwest U.S in 21 days. Website order looks like its right around the corner and should arrive this week making that about a 25 to 28 day order. Communication as always is A+ and shipping times appear to be improving too.

I know a while back in this thread at least one if not two other peeps supposedly got visited for int packs- did anything ever come of this? Are international orders still getting snagged or taking a long time? Are people receiving domestic in a timely fashion?

Some countries customs are much more strict then others and so a follow up after a seizure notice or package confiscation is not unheard of even for a small amount of personal medication. We have not had a situation like this occur for any of our UK or USA bound packages as well as most other European countries. The only occurrence we are familiar with is the one posted by a member here in our thread not long ago.

We advise all customers to familiarize themselves with their local importation laws prior to ordering. As previously mentioned some countries are much stricter than others and in some events a seizure letter will automatically result in a fine or a warning, and then a fine if a second package is confiscated.

For most countries we are able to ship with a 98% success rate, however countries such as Germany, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway have much stricter customs so it is best to consult us prior to ordering so we can advise on the best method of shipment for the customers country of residence.

Regarding delivery times, our international warehouse is starting to speed up a bit but packages can still take up to 4 weeks for delivery. With most deliveries it is a bit less and we do believe transit times will continue to improve as the days go on! Domestic shipping times are also a bit delayed due to USPS but delivery time still remains between 4-10 business days for most orders.

It is incredibly quick. Once shipped packages leave UK normally the next day or within 2 days. The average is less than 2 weeks and more around 9-10 days once shipped!: )

I placed an order 2+ weeks ago. Emailed and they said its normal. Took about 10 days post-placement to get shipping info.

Still waiting. But I've ordered before and they are spot on in the US warehouse. Just never is stocked.

We had some issues shipping some UK packages at first (Acquiring envelopes), that is likely why! All services have fully resumed in UK and packages ship within 2 business days.

The only products we have issues restocking in USA are Modafinil and HCG, this is due to the long shipping times from India to USA and the huge demand for Modafinil. Unfortunately this will not get better until after the pandemic when international travel resumes and we can restock quickly!

I just got a pack ordered from the international warehouse that was shipped via Singapore and was pleasantly surprised so I want to place more orders if they are going to be shipped this way. You can order anything and we will send from Singapore. We do this using transshipment. This is where we ship to Singapore with DHL Express and then it is remailed as a package from Singapore with DHL eCommerce!
