First anavar cycle female

I guess I just do not understand the lecturing here.

I'm a grown woman. I've lost 115 lbs through exercise and diet. To shed the last 40 lbs I added EC and it helped.

I deadlift 2x bodyweight.

I squat 1.5x bodyweight.

I bench almost bodyweight.

I run a half marathon once a month.

I'm a career woman and a mother.

There isn't much in the way of laziness and shortcuts or copouts in my life.

Running a low dose of Anavar to help with some physique goals sounds hardly deserving of a condescending rant about my gender and work ethic amongst responsible adults.

Yeah we did hijack your thread sorry... No one is lecturing you here! Just a little discussion not singling you out. Hope your cycle goes great. If I run a cycle log someday I hope to have individuals like @mands and @Dr JIM and the others joining in for discussion like this. The point we all were trying to make I think was there really is no shortcuts... It's all driven in hardwork. Something you sound very familiar with. Keep it up.

It seems your taking these comments on a much more personal level than you should HC.

None of my "rant" was even directed at you. Try to separate your emotions from the comments of others, as the latter are made from a more practical perspective.

MANDS post was based on HIS EXPERIENCE, rather than that of some male chauvinist.

People can find any number of excuses for maladaptive behavior and many of those folk enter Meso as noobs searching for a quick fix to their problem, like PEDS are the next PHEN-FEN fad.

These same folk have not your level of maturity, dedication, or fund of knowledge and give AAS a bad name, thru wreckless behaviors or utterly worthless "friendships".

You're 31 and have earned the right to pursue your own destiny gal, enjoy!

I got a promotion and a salary bump of 2x the industry standard on Tuesday, and I cried with happiness in front of my boss.

Everything is 100x more intense right now, haha!

Day 7 ramblings :

I have a cold which I haven't had in a while. Immunity was obviously lowered.

Appetite is random, but cardio helps stimulate.

I'm always hot and sweating a ton. This, to me, is pretty awesome because after so many years of defiction eating, I know my metabolism adapted and I am always pretty cold.

One of the conditions of starting the var was thay I commit to daily cardio consistently (I usually do 2-3 times a week only) and I think that's helped fire me up. The var obviously stimulates growth as well and this feels extremely positive physically.

My body feels...amazing. I haven't been adding plates yet, just pushing past every endurance limit I've had. Form is so steady and confident across the set. I can feel the buddings of new PRs.

Hamstrings, calves, left glute, triceps and forearms are always in a pump. A bit uncomfortable but also awesome.

Today I ramp up to 10 mg.
 
Feeling great.

Training notes: Making rapid performance progress in my sprints and runs! I'm seriously in awe.

I'm keeping the compounds heavy and in the 3- 5 rep range across several sets. I already have great lat width and huuugeee quads, so I'm not running a lot of hypertrophy training on my back or with squats. Hypertrophy work is focused on glutes, abs, triceps, and rear delts. Those are my lagging areas.

Diet: Averages over the week have been 180g protein, 200g carbs, and 65g fat at about 2150 cals a day.

Workouts have been two hours + as endurance is endless. My activity tracker has me at double the step count (I use this to make sure my desk job doesnt make me too sedentary) bringing me to a whopping 21000 steps a day. NEAT is definitwlt up. Running/sprinting/incline walking for 35 min and lifting for 1.5 hrs. At 2150 cals and the activity level, I believe I'm running a slight deficit at this point and rapid changes to my body reflect this. However, if I don't make strength gains by week three, I will raise calories.
 
No clitoral enlargement or sensitivity, no increase in libido, no extra hair growth or oily hair and only one blemish.

I am very sick though. I have a phlemy cough, runny nose and scratchy throat. This all makes my voice sound sick, nasal, hoarse and scratchy...of course in the back of my head I'm worried about my sweet, soft feminine voice, lol. I haven't been sick in ages, so the timing is awful.
 
No clitoral enlargement or sensitivity, no increase in libido, no extra hair growth or oily hair and only one blemish.

and make sure and get plenty of rest, that's extremely important
 
it's hard to shut yourself down but its what's needed.you have more to lose by trying to keep going over resting and getting rid of it.in my exp.my wife has the same problem,no off switch when it comes to the gym

If you still don't have any undesirable sides, you're more than welcome to increase the dose...but avoid going over 20mg/day :)
 
Just did a lipid and glucose blood test as part of a biometric screening that work put on so we can get a health insurance discount and my HDL was at 57 (overall cholesterol 122 which is good), so lipids are obviously being affected by the oral.

Curiously, glucose was way low at 80 even though I've eaten 1200 cals already post workout.

BP was normal.

A gallon of water, creatine, 3 meals had me weighing in at 171 lbs. The BF measure thingy you grip measured at 27% BF...eek. not fun seeing those numbers.

This screams diet to me... I'm sorry to be that broken record.... and that weight gain going from a bulk to cut and you put on that much... again... even if you're not using var but dbol or dbol/winny combo, shouldn't be happening that fast... I still would like to know the responses to my earlier questions... pretty please...

I must have missed it...which questions? :D

Normally I have huge weight fluctuations, so I go off how my clothes fit. I normally see between 5-10 lbs day to day.

No not necessarily. It all depends on what your days look like. It would be easier if you give us a typical day then we can see and possibly make suggestions... there are so many ways around it.
