Hey all,

Thanks to everyone who has been following along with my log thus far! Really appreciate the support. Everything has been going really well with this cycle thus far, I've been feeling healthy, and I will be getting blood work done at the end of this week to ensure nothing is out of whack. I weighed in just above my target weight this past Saturday at 175.4# (I am looking to get between 172-174) and the timing couldn't be better - my strength levels are back to where I peaked on my last meet prep and I think I would plateau if I had to continue to keep my calories as low as I have but, luckily, I don't. So, I will be starting to add some calories back in starting with upping Thursday back to a medium day this week. I will see what I weigh this upcoming Saturday and how I look then make a determination on how much of a change to make to my diet next week. Over the next 4-6 weeks, as I reach my target weight then increase my calories, my training will simultaneously start to ramp up in intensity and specification but significantly decrease in volume.

With all that said, I am reaching out for some advice and suggestions on the following:

I probably have the most muscle I've ever had at this weight and, honestly, it has made me vain lol so I've decided I want to try and attain a higher level of hardness and conditioning. I have some Mast Prop and am considering running it for the final 8 weeks of my cycle plus I'm considering bumping the Sust up by 125mg per week. This is all dependent on me continuing to feel good, perform well, and my blood work coming back clean first but, if all that checks out, then I plan on moving forward with these or similar additions. The cycle I planned for was:

Week 1 - 24: 625 mg Sustanon per week
Week 11 - 24: 450 mg Equipoise per week
Week 11 - 17: 50 mg Oral Turinabol per day

but am now considering changing the cycle to something like this:

Week 1 - 16: 625 mg Sustanon per week
Week 17 - 24: 750 mg Sustanon per week
Week 11 - 24: 450 mg Equipoise per week
Week 11 - 17: 50 mg Oral Turinabol per day
Week 17 - 24: 350 mg - 525 mg Masteron Prop per week (100-150 mg EOD)

So, what do you guys think about this alteration? Also, what dosage would you recommend for the Masteron? Do you think the dose range I presented is appropriate or would you go higher/lower? Does anybody have experience with these compounds in unison that they could share (I know we aren't the same but anecdotal reports are better than nothing IMO)? Also, this is my 5th cycle so I do think that I have enough experience to run something like this - what would be your opinion on this? Willing to listen to any advice, feedback, criticism, perspective, etc. y'all could share.

Curious to hear what you think about that and if you have any experience with mast and proper dosing of it. Seems like there is an enormous range of suggested doses depending on who you talk to - Ive seen everything from 350 per week to 800 per week minimum lol.

I have only ran mast E once I ran it at 600 with 500 of test. I really liked that cycle, put on a decent amount of size and felt really good while on. Never ran eq, so may not be much help here sorry

No problem, man...appreciate it. That makes me think I am on point with ~500 mg of the Prop ester if 600 was a good dose of the Enanthate ester.

Your numbers are solid man. You plan to post any progress pics along the way I’m curious? Also your statement about the Masteron I’d personally if I were to add it into what your running right now would opt in the 5-600 range. I think you will be more than pleased with that.

Thanks, brother! Yeah, I think I am gonna go for 150 EOD on the Mast Prop so I get 525/week. That sounds like its gonna be a really solid dose added to what I am already taking. I also think I am going to keep the test the same for now after more consideration. IF I start getting E under control more easily with the Mast then I'll consider upping it a bit for the last 4-6 weeks.

Ya know, I really have wanted to post pics because I really am super proud of the progress I have made but my greatest fear is to be recognized by somebody on here mostly because of my job and also because of the small possibility of legal ramifications. I know the likelihood of this is INCREDIBLY low but its still a chance and really not one I am trying to take. I even typed up my blood work instead of redacting it because I was afraid of leaving something on it that would indicate my identity. I don't know - I may be WAY over-paranoid but I would never forgive myself if I ruined my life by posting a regrettable picture online - I've seen it happen in other ways by posting partying pics or political rants on facebook and shit like that and don't want that to be me.
