I didn't read this entire thread word for word, but I did not see where anyone called for Arnold to be canceled or his freedom to be taken away. You vote everyday with your dollar, and giving money to someone or something you don't agree with or stand for is just called hypocrisy.
TBH I lost all faith in Arnold when he suddenly "became vegan", which is a fucking lie, he just claims to be vegan because he is a huge investor in a very large pea protein company (Him and James Cameron have a large stake in Verdient Foods, a pea protein company), so he's selling out his beliefs to line his pockets. But ask anyone that ate at his house the night before Arnold Santa Monica if he's vegan.

SOLID points made. Can't believe he's fallen into such disrepute but he did it to himself with real actions over a protracted period. I have a more negative view of him after what's been said on this thread.
It's not all that surprising, Schwarzenegger was known to intentionally give bad advice to his competitors in his bodybuilding days. The man would say whatever he thinks will get him ahead. Great physique in his prime and made some fun and good movies.
As for the vaccine debate, the vaccine is experimental and it is known to affect the heart. I don't think it's very important to take it and you should have the freedom to skip if you're young and fit since covid isn't even deadlier than the flu in those cases. It's unfortunate that vaccine passports in Europe are setting the door open in many countries to the ever increasing linking of data together (in this case medical data) to a digital identity. That and the QR code tracking of course. US citizens are lucky that their constitution protects them against this (for now...).

America is constitutionally opposed to that sort of data compilation and tracking, and rightfully so. You'd be surprised how little is actually in the Constitution, however (you can read it in its entirety in about an hour or two). The only thing separating people from government overreach is political will. Comparatively, Europeans are willing to let their governments track everything and everything. I really do think it's naive to believe, given the cycles of history, that there won't be unintended consequences of these technologies and "apps" even in post-War Europe.
