First the stats:

5'11"
Gym for 11 years. 6 cycles total within the past 3 years. Basically 2/year. Bulking, cutting.
Physique competitor. Last summer first competition. (Overall Masters, 1st Masters, 2nd Open in my division)

THIS IS LAST YEAR PRE COMPETITION
Since then(DECEMBER 2015) I've had inguinal hernia surgery. Lost 15lbs on the couch.
Training to compete June 2016.
Currently running GENZA ANDRO MIX
(Prop 50mgs, Tren A 50mgs, Mast 50mgs)
ANDRO 1-13wks
Hardcore labs Winny suspension 14-16wks
Armidex for sides.
I WILL POST A CURRENT PHOTO A LITTLE LATER. I fell off a bit and have been photo shy.
Eating approximately 3000-3500 cal/day. Will start accurately counting next week. Trying to put size on lifting heavy for the first 4-5wks. Then I'll go into competition mode.
Let me know what I'm missing and your thoughts on this cycle. Thanks.
